If you bring or rent bicycles, you can securely lock them in the basement. For our younger guests, a baby crib with a mattress and a high chair are available, but must be booked in advance.

The highlight of the Penthouse Suite is undoubtedly the sea view, which will accompany you every day. The coastal location allows you to reach the fine sandy beach in just a few minutes, where you can relax on the beach or try out a variety of water sports, from surfing to leisurely swimming.

Location and surroundings of object

List, the northernmost village in Germany, is located on the island of Sylt and offers a picturesque setting for our vacation apartment. The village is known for its thatched Frisian houses, which blend harmoniously into the landscape. The surrounding area is characterized by dune landscapes, long sandy beaches and the Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Lister harbor is a central point of the town and offers a maritime ambience with fish restaurants serving fresh oysters and freshly caught fish. Ferries to the Danish island of Rømø also depart from here. The region around Lister Ellenbogen, a headland in the north, offers pure nature between dunes and lighthouses. The beaches are ideal for swimming and walking, with the west beach known for its surf waves. A special highlight is the shifting dune, which moves at a speed of seven meters per year. The Forces of Nature Experience Center offers exciting insights into the forces of nature that shape the island on an exhibition area of 1,500 m².

A beautiful penthouse suite with a view of the Wadden Sea and the Lister harbor. With just a few steps, you are at the beach. Daily supplies are made possible by good shopping options in the immediate vicinity. We really enjoyed it, we felt very comfortable.
