Description
The holiday home is located in a complex near Lake de Brekken. Each holiday home is right on the water and has a private boat dock. So feel free to bring your own boat or rent a small boat. Boats can be rented from us without a license. The property with lawn is completely enclosed so it is also ideal for your dog, who can run around freely.
The garden faces south, has a lawn and a wooden terrace on the water. Sun protection and wind protection for the dining table and a swimming ladder are not missing.
Upon arrival, you can park right at the house. Max. 2 cars at the house. A boat trailer can be parked for free in the large parking lot.
The holiday home has a hallway with a guest WC. The living room is modernly equipped and has a sliding door to the garden, where a large terrace by the water awaits you. Dining table and a great kitchen.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed, a wardrobe, TV, and mosquito nets. The guest room has 2 single beds and also a mosquito net. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, and sink.
The great thing about this vacation house is that it has a 3rd bedroom on the ground floor. So, it's ideal for someone with a mobility impairment or who can no longer or does not want to use the stairs. The bedroom has a single bed and a wheelchair-accessible shower and a skylight. The guest toilet is right around the corner. Ideal if grandpa or grandma want to come on vacation too.
The house is ideal for a great vacation by the water. You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent a small boat without a license.

Lemmer is an old fishing village where you can still find a maritime atmosphere. The village of Lemmer is just under 2 kilometres from the holiday home and is easy to reach on foot, by bike or by car. Enjoy the terraces by the water, ice cream parlours and nice little shops.
Lemmer and the surrounding area are ideal for a cycling holiday, walking holiday or sailing holiday. We are happy to organise your holiday together. 1 day boating, then a cycle tour. We have everything in the house, so you will be completely unburdened.
