Discover the charming holiday home Campo y Mare in the well-maintained urbanization La Vizcaronda above the marina of La Duquesa in Manilva on the sun-drenched Costa del Sol. This exquisite residence offers 150 square meters of living space for up to 4 guests and is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest WC, four terraces, high-speed WiFi in all rooms, Netflix, air conditioning (hot/cold), and access to the community pools of the complex – ideal for families or small travel groups who value comfort and privacy.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price, so you don't have to worry about anything else. Long-term rentals are also possible. The deposit is 300 EUR and must be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded upon departure.
Surrounded by palm trees and located in a quiet residential area, Campo y Mare offers the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. Experience the beauty of the Costa del Sol and make your stay an unforgettable experience. There is ample parking available directly at the house. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, and golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity.
The accommodation
Ground floor: Entrance area with guest WC and storage room. Access to the semi-open modern kitchen and adjoining utility room with cupboards, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. Large, bright living room with smart TV including sound system and direct access to the approx. 40 sqm main terrace with sea view and view of Manilva. The terrace features a large dining table, lounge furniture, sun umbrellas, and a gas grill.
The fully equipped kitchen has a large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, wine cooler, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, chopper, as well as many other cooking utensils. Dishes, cutlery, and glasses are available in sufficient quantity. Upper floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to its own terrace with beautiful sea views. Second bedroom with separate bathroom, also with access to its own terrace with lovely views of the sea and campo (green landscape). Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Bed linen, hand, shower and bath towels, as well as hairdryer and cosmetic mirror are provided. The third room can be used as an office.
Attic/Solarium: Large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the hinterland. The roof terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a sunshade, and additional seating.
Other important notes
The posted rules of the urbanization must be observed without exception.
Pets: On request up to 10 kg, dog owners will find numerous opportunities for their pets in the "Campo" directly opposite. Fireplace: The use of the fireplace in the living room is not permitted for safety reasons.
Rental car: A rental car is recommended due to the hillside location. The port of La Duquesa with numerous restaurants and bars as well as the extensive beach are only five minutes away by car. The supermarket "Arkwright" in La Duquesa is open 365 days a year until 10 pm.
For people with celiac disease: All restaurants offer a wide range of gluten-free dishes. These are usually indicated on the menus. In the supermarket "Mercadona," gluten-free foods are labeled "sin gluten."
Other supermarkets and stores for daily necessities are located in the immediate vicinity in San Luis de Sabinillas, such as Mercadona, Eroski, El Corte Ingles, Carrefour Express.
Golf courses
In the immediate vicinity there are three magnificent golf courses:
• La Duquesa Golf 18-hole course on steep terrain with a very beautiful panorama. The course is being gradually upgraded by the new operators and is again in good condition
• Dona Julia Golf 18-hole course, which is considered one of the best courses on the Costa del Sol.
• Casares Costa Golf 9-hole course, which is relatively flat and also offers very beautiful views.
In addition, there are three more golf courses around Sotogrande, including the famous Ryder Cup course at Valderrama.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the privileged hillside urbanization La Vizcaronda above the marina of La Duquesa in the Manilva region.
Manilva is between the lively Estepona and the British enclave Gibraltar with the famous Rock of Gibraltar at the western end of the Malaga province. Due to the proximity to Africa, on clear days, one can see the Atlas Mountains in Morocco from our holiday home.
It takes just 5 minutes by car to reach the beach and the charming port where you can enjoy various restaurants and cafes. the expansive beaches and La Duquesa, which with its charming marina as well as numerous restaurants and bars is still considered an insider tip on the Costa del Sol.
The next major town is San Luis de Sabinillas, located directly east next to La Duquesa along the promenade, where all daily necessities can be found.
Since the Costa del Sol is also known as the "Costa del Golf", our holiday home is also ideal for golfers. In the immediate vicinity of our holiday home, there are very beautiful golf courses. Additionally, further paradisiacal opportunities present themselves in Sotogrande, just 20 minutes away by car. In Sotogrande, there is also a more sophisticated marina and a beautiful harbor promenade with numerous shops and restaurants to suit every taste.

Dream vacation
Location/Surroundings: Dreamy area, close to the beach, quiet complex with a well-maintained communal pool. Quick access to the harbor and extensive culinary offerings in the area.
Accommodation: Holiday home in a top complex, the house is absolutely stylish and fully equipped. One feels completely comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, sufficient towels were available, and the house along with the terraces were very clean. Among other things, there is a great view of the sunrise towards the sea from the balcony.
Atmosphere: Peaceful despite good connections, no tourist rush despite the season.
Processing/Service: Booking, handover, as well as on-site and before departure, the entire process was absolutely professionally organized. No problems were noted or anything to complain about. One always had the opportunity to contact the landlord or also on-site with an appointed person. Overall conclusion: Dream vacation, perfect conditions, relaxed beach walks, good recovery, and smooth organization. The price-performance ratio is completely fair. Absolutely recommended.

We are a German couple from near Düsseldorf who fulfilled our dream of owning a house on the Costa del Sol two years ago. We live and work around 2-3 months a year in Spain. The rest of the year, we rent out the house. The available dates can be seen in the occupancy calendar. Locally, our house is managed by a German real estate agent who also welcomes the guests, handles the key handover, and explains and shows everything in the house.
