Description

Villa Bellavista is a luxurious retreat for up to 16 guests near the beaches of Premantura and the protected nature park Cape Kamenjak.

Outstanding facilities of the villa include a private heated pool, a relaxing sauna, a hockey table, and a large covered terrace with a BBQ area—perfect for dining outdoors and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

The property comprises 8 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a spacious master suite with direct terrace access and private entry to the heated pool, complemented by an en-suite bathroom and a sauna.

On this floor, there is also an open living area where a fully equipped kitchen flows into a cozy lounge with a fireplace, hockey table, and separate guest toilet.

On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, each with a balcony and en-suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a bathtub, while the others have showers. On the second floor, two more bedrooms with balconies offer a tranquil view.

A highlight of the villa is the glass dome, which provides a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding greenery.

Four private parking spaces are available for your convenience. Thanks to the location of the villa, guests are less than 15 minutes from Pula's historic Roman Arena and 11.9 km from Medulin's vibrant nightlife. The nearest beach is within walking distance and Pula Airport is just 18 km from the property.
