Description

This spacious villa with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms is located in the village of Premantura, just 700 meters from the sea and a short drive from the historic city of Pula. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Enjoy a heated pool, a relaxing sauna, and a convenient outdoor dining area with a grill. A swing set provides fun for children, while air conditioning and a television in each bedroom keep guests cool and entertained. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a cozy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for shared moments. Two fully equipped bathrooms (one with a washing machine) and a sauna complete this level and provide additional comfort during your stay.

The upper floors of the villa are divided into two separate blocks, each with its own staircase. In each block, the first floor offers a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second floor of each block, you will find a bedroom.

Cape Kamenjak, a protected nature park known for its breathtaking landscapes and pristine beaches, is just a short drive away.

The charming city of Pula with its Roman ruins and vibrant culture is 11 km from the villa, while Pula Airport is only 18 km away. For nature lovers, the Kažun Park, just 24 km away, offers a unique insight into the traditional Istrian dry stone architecture.
