The Villa Green House Unna, located in Medulin, offers the perfect vacation for up to 12 guests. This spacious villa of 225 sqm features five elegantly furnished bedrooms with double beds, three of which each have their own TV, as well as four bathrooms equipped with all necessary amenities. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, and the fully equipped kitchen meets all your culinary needs with all necessary appliances. Here, there is also an open-space dining area where you can enjoy meals together.

Additionally, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. For families with small children, a crib and a high chair are available. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms with double beds as well as an additional bathroom. On the villa's property, there is a small stone building that includes a separate room with a double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom, offering you the perfect space for privacy and a peaceful stay.

The outdoor area of the villa is impressively designed on a lot of 1415 m². Enjoy the heated pool with an area of 60 m², which can also be used during the cooler months. Relax in the Jacuzzi provided by the villa and sunbathe on the spacious terrace with sun loungers. For activity lovers, there is table tennis, a trampoline, and a playground with swings. Evenings can be spent preparing meals on the outdoor grill and enjoying the outdoor dining area. Guests have access to five free private parking spaces.
