The garden is communal property and may only be used by the residents of the residence. The apartment: is located approx. 150 m from the lake. Privileged location with lake view and swimming pool in a particularly quiet area. Also this season, Ledro Immobiliare offers its customers the "Garda Guest Card" as a gift. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and on the property. When you arrive at the lakeshore in Molina di Ledro, follow the signs to Residence Belvedere. The private car park is located directly in front of the residence.

Central heating (gas). In the living room there is a wood-fired fireplace. Television reception is via cable, satellite. You can watch channels in Italian, German, English, etc.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, 4 m x 7 m, 2 m deep). In the large communal courtyard of the residence, there is a swimming pool overlooking the splendid Lake Ledro and the surrounding mountains.
