The residence is situated in a quiet, green area approximately 900m from the lake and 700m from the beach. The town center and shops are about 500m away. Access is via a side street. Parking is available in the garage and on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, 10 m x 20 m). The outdoor pool is located near the residence and is approximately 400m away. Opening hours depend on weather conditions. Guests of the residence receive special discounts for pool use. Further information is available on-site at the reception.

5 bicycles. In the complex: tennis and bike rental. Swimming and diving school for a fee. Tennis and bicycles subject to availability.
