San Bartolomeo al Mare. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a garden plot with meadow and trees. The residence is decorated in a Mediterranean style. The residence is located in a quiet, green area about 900m from the lake and 700m from the beach. The town center and shops are about 500m away. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a garage and on the property.

air conditioning, central heating. Air conditioning on request and for a fee Facilities: baby cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early May to end of September, 10 m x 20 m). The outdoor pool is located near the residence and is about 400m away. Opening times depend on weather conditions. There are special discounts for the use of the pool for the guests of the residence. Further information is available on site at reception.

Leisure
4 bicycles. In the complex: tennis and bike rental. Swimming and diving school for a fee. Tennis and bicycles subject to availability

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and instead of a shower there could be a bathtub.

View German

Good value for money. Little noise even though the railway is in sight. Is strategically located for any trips to France and to the tax haven MC. Cyclists should ride but very attentive.
