These prices apply per night for the entire chalet and include 21% VAT, gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and television. There are no booking fees.
The mandatory cleaning fee is 60.00. The deposit for the inventory is 100.00. You pay these at the same time as the final rental payment. Upon your departure, you will receive this amount back from us if the property is left in proper condition.
There is a mandatory fee, which you pay at reception, to use the camping facilities. This fee is €4.50 per person per night. Children under 2 years are free. The total amount you pay at the reception upon arrival.
Additionally, you pay €2.42 per person per night as tourist tax for all guests. This is an obligation imposed on us by the municipality of Veere. You pay us the tourist tax. We pay this tourist tax to the municipality of Veere.
For bookings within 8 weeks before the date of arrival, you must pay in one installment.
We ask you to fill out a rental agreement. We are sending this agreement to the reception so that your stay is known there and everything will be ready upon your arrival.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance, otherwise the costs in case of cancellation will be at your own expense. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, the RECRON conditions apply in the event of a cancellation.
Upon arrival at the campsite, you can check in at the reception from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. After that, you can check in until 8:00 p.m. 00 o'clock via the intercom, after 17:00 by telephone, has reported this. The rental contract, which you fill out in advance, you have on paper or digitally. Here, after registering at the guest registration and payment of the camping fee, you will receive an information package and rules, and you will receive the key to the chalet with a barcode card for the barrier. We recommend that you read the house rules on the day of arrival. These can be found on the inside of the cupboard. This is to make your stay even more pleasant.
On the day of departure, please vacate the chalet by 10:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you leave the chalet in proper condition.
