This charming holiday home offers 200 square meters of living space (including basement) that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features 3 cozy bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms (all with windows), equipped with all comforts, including sinks, toilets and high-quality bathroom fixtures.
Casa Ambiente impresses with its bright and inviting decor. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a coffee machine, a Senseo, as well as a coffee maker. Additionally, here you will find a wide selection of kitchen utensils and modern appliances that make cooking a pleasure.
The living room is the perfect place for relaxed evenings. It is equipped with a comfortable seating arrangement, a 75-inch television, and an air conditioner that ensures pleasant temperatures. Enjoy the distant view from the living room or the dining area and on the large flat-screen TV, German TV reception with 160 channels including. Sky Bundesliga, 100 Spanish TV channels, etc.

The place Calpe is a Spanish coastal town with dreamlike beaches and the impressive rock, the Penon de Ifach.
The house is located on a quiet street. The Casanova urbanization is situated on a hill. A spacious green zone adjoins the urbanization. Jogging, walking, hiking, everything is right outside the door. The many nearby mountains also invite you to excursions and hikes.
The large pool is private and only for the house. Calpe itself satisfies nearly all desires with its many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and boutiques.
As neighboring locations, Benidorm with a large amusement park, a water paradise, and a zoo, as well as Moreira on the other side, are just 20 minutes away by car.
Terra Mitica with Terra Natura are among the largest amusement parks in Europe.
Alicante airport is approximately 80 km and thus only 45 minutes away, Valencia airport 110 km.
There are several golf courses. Discover the picturesque beaches and mountains in Calpe on the Costa Blanca.
Unobstructed distant view of the mountains, also a great and soothing view at night.
Quickly in the center and at the beach, also possible on foot, but then uphill on the way back ;-)

Upon arrival, you will find some drinks in the fridge so you don't have to rush out immediately and can relax instead.
Sugar and salt, pepper and other spices are available, as well as a portion of coffee beans and tabs for the dishwasher.
Not included in the rental price from the beginning of November until the end of March are gas (for heating and hot water) and electricity, which are calculated based on usage. Water is charged at a flat rate of 35 € / month. Check-in: 16:00
