The apartment "Ferienwohnung Timmendorf-unsere-Zeit" welcomes you to a restful stay at Timmendorfer Strand. With 55 m² of living space on the ground floor, this accommodation is thoughtfully furnished and ideally suited for up to four guests. The flat features a separate bedroom with vinyl flooring and a cosy living room that includes a comfortable sofa corner and a modern dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator including freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and cutlery—ideal for guests wishing to prepare their own meals.

A special highlight is the private terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, an electric grill, and a sunshade. The adjoining garden area offers a relaxing setting with pleasant views and a secure environment, as the property is fully fenced. Children are explicitly welcome, and due to the enclosed plot, they can play safely. Families or couples can unwind together after a day at the sandy beach, which is only about 2,000 metres away.

Very nice apartment and equipped with everything needed for a vacation. The holiday apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Timmendorf. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center. The support from Port 54 was uncomplicated for minor inquiries.

Those who want their stay to be a bit more secluded and thus quieter are exactly right here. The location is ideal for walks with the dog. The apartment is chic, clean, and very cozy. A clever surprise is the parking situation, which is well resolved and also offers space for a VW bus.
