The new and comfortable thatched house is a dream directly by the sea.
It was only completed at the beginning of 2012 and leaves nothing to be desired.
The distance to the beach is only 50 m. The beautifully landscaped plot is 700 sqm large.
The location of the property is optimal with south orientation and a quiet environment.
It is connected by a traffic-calmed service road, 2 parking lots are directly on the property.
The house is about 100 sqm large with a spacious living area with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor as well as 2 bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom on the upper floor.
The house leaves nothing to be desired, large garden, terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue area, fireplace, 3 D TV, stereo, CD player, washing machine, cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, etc.

The natural Baltic Sea beach (textile+nudist), only 50 m away, offers you the fascination of the sea like no other location on the Baltic Sea, with a kilometre-long wide and fine sandy dream beach, clean water and wonderful sunrises during a morning swim in the sea.
The quiet location of the house will completely spare you from the hustle and bustle that sometimes takes hold in the summer in the south of Usedom and guarantee you a relaxed and restful holiday that you will not soon forget.

Whether in the summer or in the other seasons, our house offers a variety of variety and enjoyment for you. Karlshagen is located on the northern part of the island and offers you a real place of rest and relaxation, far away from the hustle and bustle of the Kaiserbäder and the rest of the island.
In Karlshagen you will find the largest marina on Usedom, a miniature golf course directly on the beach, several tennis courts for general use, a spacious riding and leisure farm with more than 100 horses and many other attractions.
In the neighbouring village of Trassenheide (4 km), Europe's largest butterfly farm and Wild Life Usedom await you with a fantastic exhibition of live and prepared animals from all over the world on 1000 square metres, as well as merry-go-rounds, a children's railway, western town, bouncy castles, trampolines and scooters in Kinderland Trasenheide.
If you drive in the other direction to Peenemünde (5 km), young and old will be thrilled - whether because of the airfield with sightseeing flights over the island or because of the pirate ship, the Maritime Museum with an original Russian submarine, the go-kart track, the fantastic Phämomenia, the Toy, Children's and Fairytale World Museum, the historical-technical museum in the former army experimental station.
Motorboat and sailing enthusiasts can indulge in their fantastic hobby from the Karlshagen Marina , the Peenemünde harbour or the Kröslin Marina (5 km on the other side of the Peene).

Very nice vacation home!
Simple and uncomplicated processing as well as arrival / departure. Very nice, cozy and well-equipped holiday home. We immediately felt comfortable. Sauna and the cozy seating area with fireplace invite you to relax. The Baltic Sea can be reached after a few minutes' walk, and it is only a good ten minutes to the center of Karlshagen, which can be reached by the beautiful beach. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.
