The Villa Casa Vitale is located in a quiet setting in Jakovici near Poreč and just 12 kilometers from the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The accommodation has 3 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms with TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed, on which either two small children or one adult can sleep, making it suitable for up to 7 or 8 people.

The villa, designed in natural wood, is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there is an open, beautiful living area with a kitchen as well as a dining table and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and the second bedroom has a bathroom in the hallway. The interior staircase of the house takes you to the basement, where there is a gym.

On the first floor of the house, which is also connected by an interior staircase, there is the third bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the terrace. In the first floor, there is also a separate study for those who absolutely want or need to work.

For all guests who don't have to work, there is a 38 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, and a barbecue area available.
