Description
Attractive and very family friendly ! Sea view. Extremely centrally located with just 150 meters to idyllic beach, outdoor pool and playground etc. On the inside everything is TOTALLY renovated. All in bright and pleasant colors.
The holiday house has modern, practical and highly functional kitchen with all the modern kitchen tools. The kitchen has open access to the living room. Beautiful sea views over the Genner Bay and Sandskaer Campsite from both of these rooms as well as from the biggest of the two terraces. The large windows of the holiday house make sure there is plenty natural light inside.
One bedroom with a double bed and one room with three beds of which one is a bunk bed. A child cot and a child chair are avaliable in the house. These two rooms have wooden floor while all the other rooms have underfloor heating and are covered with bright tiles. From the window in one of the rooms you have views over the Little Belt.
Furthermore there is a really cozy and spacious loft with a smart and convenient staircase. Kids love this loft and here there are two sleep possibilities.
A beautiful, bright and spacious bathroom with a large bathtub which also has a shower cabin. Moreover also comfortable floor heating in this room. The floor heating of the house by the way can controlled separately in four sections / departments.
The main heat source of the house is the economically advantageous air-to-air heat pump. However, there is also electric heating in the two bedrooms just as there is a good and stable wood stove in the living room.
In the living room there is a flat-screen TV connected to digital cable TV with around 33 Danish, Scandinavian and German channels at the moment. Furthermore, there is a radio, a DVD player and last, but not least, freely accessible internet / WI-FI (100/100 Mbit speed - ideal for streaming and gaming).
The house also has a small tool shed in which you will find a large parasol, barbecue with all accessories, drying rack + clothespins and extra garden furnitures.
Around the house there is plenty of space and more parking possibilities. From the lawn a the side of the house you have sea view over both the Little Belt and the small island Barsoe.
The holiday house is suitable for residential the ENTIRE year !

The holiday house is ideal for families and is located in a very peaceful, beautiful and green environment. There are three beaches and around four playgrounds in the area. Everything is located in a short distance from the house. There are many good fishing possibilities also.

Great holiday home
We really enjoyed the vacation in their holiday home. The house has everything you need. It is very clean, cozy, the beds are very comfortable, and it has a quiet location. The sea right at the door, what more could you want? You can see and do quite a bit in the area. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and best regards to the landlord.

Outstanding vacation in the holiday home
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home and were impressed by the cleanliness.
The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.
The location was ideal and the host was extremely friendly.
We can recommend this accommodation without reservation and would come back anytime.
The holiday home was cozy and matched exactly the pictures on the website. One could take great excursions, and we particularly liked that we could use the facilities at the adjacent campsite. Everything was very child-friendly?

Super beautiful
The holiday home is clean and tidy, the house has everything in dishes that you need, even games and books are in the house. Outside in the shed there is a grill, a sun lounger, a parasol, a football, a badminton set, and a net. Super nice location and sea view, it is very quiet. The landlord is reachable at any time and explains everything to you in detail beforehand and can even speak German. One can also use a swimming pool for free, but we preferred the sea; the campsite offers rolls on order every morning. The surroundings are dreamy and invite for walks. We were very satisfied all around and were not there for the last time.

Very clean, beautifully designed house. Everything you need is available. Very quiet in December and January.
In the high summer, it is probably louder due to the adjacent campsite.
Playgrounds and a large field for children are available, swimming pool and Baltic Sea within walking distance. Nice for walking with a dog.

The "Cossy holiday house with sea view (No. 47334)" is owned by me and three other family members. So this is our family holiday house. In last years we have completely renovated the inside of the house as well as the two terraces. We think that the renovation has been really succesful. All four family members live in a distance of only three kilometers from the house which is very practically for you when you are going to pick up the key. Then there will be no unnecessary waiting or driving for you !
