I had specified that I would bring a bicycle with me, I knew there was no storage and that I would have to leave it on the balcony, but I had not been told that the apartment was on the third floor without an elevator. Sheets and towels were missing, I had to go back to the reception (risking finding it closed by then) and insist to have it recognized that they were already included in the price paid and not an extra to be paid separately. The apartment does not have cleaning products for dishes, the kitchen, and the bathroom (the bathroom does not even have a small soap for hands): after reporting it, a small kit was provided with a sponge for dishes, a single-use packet for dishes, a dishwasher tablet, a single-use packet of surface cleaner, a trash bag, and a cleaning cloth (insufficient for both the stay and the final cleaning). The staff at the Vacanceole reception in Doucy is friendly and helpful; the apartment is in good condition and equipped with sufficient tools. There is no balcony drying rack, only a few small brackets to hang over the bathtub.
