The living room, bathroom and kitchen are located on the ground floor. The living room features a seating area (TV, two armchairs and a two-seater sofa) as well as a dining area (dining table with four chairs). The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, including a combination microwave oven, gas hob, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. A staircase by the entrance leads to the first floor, where the two bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 × 200 cm) and a washbasin. The second bedroom features a queen-size double bed.

The summer house is located in the southern part of Egmond aan Zee. Due to the favorable location, both the nautical center 'de Werf' and the southern beach access can be reached on foot.
The bustling village center 'het Pompplein' is also nearby. Here you will find several restaurants and live music is often played on Sundays during the summer season.
The dune entrance is located 300m from the summer house on the Churchilllaan. From here there are various walking routes.
