The living room, the bathroom, and the kitchen are located on the ground floor. The living room consists of a seating area (TV, 2 armchairs, 2-seater sofa) and a dining area (dining table with 4 chairs). The kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped, among other things, with a combination microwave, a gas stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Via a staircase at the entrance, you reach the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (90x200) and a washbasin. The second bedroom has a double bed (queen size).

The summer house is located in the southern part of Egmond aan Zee. Thanks to its convenient location, both the nautical center "de Werf" and the southern beach access are within walking distance.
The lively village center "het Pompplein" is also nearby. Here you will find several restaurants, and during the summer season, live music is often played on Sundays.
The dune entrance is 300 m from the summer house on Churchilllaan. From here there are various hiking routes.
