The flat is fully equipped with hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, bed linen etc. The terrace is ideal for having breakfast or a barbecue on sunny days and enjoying the beautiful weather when you are not out and about. The holiday flat is equipped with a bathroom and a washer-dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The kitchen is modern and functional with a dishwasher, microwave and kettle. A coffee machine is also available to make your morning easier. Other amenities include a TV and WiFi.
The holiday home has a terrace with barbecue facilities, which invites you to relax, and a garden, ideal for cosy summer evenings. A car park is also available.
The accommodation is tastefully decorated with high-quality wooden furniture and a warm and inviting colour palette. The many windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding countryside.

Dürrholz is an idyllic municipality in the Westerwald in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
The location is ideal for motorbike tours, bicycle tours and hiking. It is around 200 metres from the holiday home to the first hiking route.
Shopping facilities are available in Puderbach, approx. 3 km away. There you will find a Lidl supermarket, an Edeka supermarket, a Norma supermarket, a drinks market and a bakery, as well as various catering establishments. There are also doctors' surgeries, hairdressers and physiotherapists.
Our holiday region lies in the middle of the beautiful Westerwald. Three long-distance hiking trails offer hiking enthusiasts great enjoyment of nature: the WesterwaldSteig, the Natursteig Sieg and the Druidensteig. The Auenlandweg - in second place in the ranking of Germany's most beautiful hiking trails - can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.
Cyclists and mountain bikers will find their holiday happiness here, as will those seeking relaxation and nature lovers.
An alpaca hike or the birds of prey show at the Niederfischbach zoo are also worth experiencing.
Be inspired by the many possibilities and discover the fantastic landscape on a motorbike, by bike or on foot.
Thanks to the central location, excursions to Cologne (58 minutes to the cathedral) or Koblenz (40 minutes to the Deutsches Eck) are also possible. The old towns of Limburg an der Lahn (40 minutes), Hachenburg (28 minutes) and Linz am Rhein (35 minutes) are also worth a visit.
In winter, a visit to the Christmas village of Waldbreitbach (25 minutes), which is in the Guinness Book of Records with several Christmas attractions, is a must.
Cross-country skiing is possible on three trails in Bad Marienberg (40 minutes).
