In the following text we would like to introduce you to our approx. 80 m² holiday home Austernperle in the Austernfischerweg in Neßmersiel and inspire you for a relaxing holiday.
And now have fun diving into our little holiday world.

This friendly non-smoking house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac / play street
Family-friendly, cosy, bright holiday home with room for 4 adults and 2 children
The friendly, bright living and dining area on the ground floor with a view of the garden, fireplace,
43 inch Smart TV, DVD player and Bluethooths music system with CD player, is lovingly furnished
In the kitchen, which is separated from the dining and living area, you will find high-quality equipment such as a
Cooker, oven, extractor bonnet, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, egg boiler, coffee maker, scythe maker, toaster, kettle, fondue, raclette, etc., you will certainly not miss anything.
In addition to the small hallway with wardrobe and a guest toilet, there is also a storage room with a washing machine on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed
The other bedroom with bay window and reading corner has two separate beds.
2 further single beds (pirate room) are in the maisonette (open bedroom in the attic)
A spacious bathroom with round shower and WC is also located on the upper floor
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Furthermore, there are some board games and a small selection of books available.
The holiday home has a telephone (calls to the German landline network free of charge!!), free WLAN (Internet).
The south-facing terrace with electric awning, barbecue, garden house, sunbathing lawn, invites you to sunbathe and relax with its cosy garden furniture.
Two private parking spaces are located directly at the house.

This comfortable and cosily furnished holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The holiday home has approx. 80 m² and is nicely divided and offers space for 4 adults and 2 children. On the south-facing terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, children's toys and sufficient garden furniture you can feel comfortable and relax wonderfully.
Neßmersiel - the smallest coastal bathing resort in the joint municipality of Dornum - lies in the middle of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park on the East Frisian North Sea coast.
White beaches, green dykes stretching along the endless horizon and nature shaped by the ebb and flow of the tide - that is Neßmersiel. A contemplative, dreamy village idyll and East Frisian rural cosiness.
The tranquil coastal resort of Neßmersiel offers its guests a 5.3 hectare sandy beach with beach chairs and a playground, showers and toilets as well as restaurants.
The dikes, the salt marshes and the Wadden Sea are pure nature
Furthermore, Neßmersiel is the "Mecca" of mudflat walkers
Explore the seabed on a mudflat hike or explore the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.

The approx. 2800 sqm large indoor play park Sturmfrei for kids has almost everything that makes children's hearts beat faster: Climbing castles, trampolines, climbing wall, mini bowling alley, Nintendo Wii, Singstar, Xbox Kinect, WLAN zone, adventure cinema, billiards, darts, table tennis, massage chairs, fitness equipment and a toddler area
Newly opened in February 2019, the WellNessmersiel is a wellness oasis with hairdresser. An Irish pub has also opened in Nessmersiel.
With the Baltrumline you can reach the East Frisian island Baltrum and Norderney from the pier in Nessmersiel. The sandy beach / harbour is approx. 1400 m away.
In Neßmersiel there is a grocery shop with an adjacent bakery about 250 m away.
In the neighbouring villages of Dornum, Dornumersiel and Hage you will find Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Lidl, Combi, Comet, etc.
There are several restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity for your physical well-being.

Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival The rent includes the running costs: gas, water, electricity as well as the ER Occupancy : 2 persons / each additional person plus 7,00 € per day. Charging of e-cars is prohibited!!!! The visitor's tax will be collected by our manager on site in accordance with the statutes of the Dornum joint municipality. The visitor's card (Nordsee ServiceCard) includes free admission to the Sturmfrei Indoor Play Paradise as well as to the seawater swimming pool in Dornumersiel etc. Our friendly on-site house manager offers the following services for a fee : Bed linen per bed 7,00 € on request 10,00 € Towel package 7,00 € includes: 1 shower towel , 3 normal towels , 1 guest towel ,1 shower mat and 5 tea towels |
Cancellation terms:
The following cancellation fees apply: - Up to 45 days before rental start: 30% of the rental price - From 44 to 30 days before rental start: 50% of the rental price - From 29 to 22 days before rental start: 75% of the rental price - From 21 days before rental start: 90% of the rental price - On the day of rental start or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price. - In case of early departure, the full rental price is payable.

Everything super happy to do it again 5/5*
The location is in a small holiday home settlement. Not far from the beach with a small bakery and Edeka as well as a sand playground for the little guests
The house is very nice with 6 beds and enough space for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with many extras such as 2 coffee machines (pad/bean) toaster microwave, kettle, everything included. All in all a very good choice. We had a very nice holiday and hope you will too

Die schöne Austernperle
The Oyster Pearl is located in a quiet environment and invites you to relax. The house is very clean, tidy, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. There is enough space for six people. The inventory is very versatile, and hardly anything needed to be brought or procured. The garden is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing. The restaurants are easily accessible on foot and the food was very tasty. A visit to the beach with the children was great, there is a nice large playground and a beach chair that belongs to the house. The neighboring towns are easily accessible by car. It's worth taking a trip to Greetsiel to eat the best fish and the best ice cream.
Overall, it was a lovely holiday and I would book the Austernperle again for the next vacation.

Bomb holiday
The vacation was amazing. No wonder with such accommodations. The house lacked nothing. Only the weather could have been better. Still, it was a lovely vacation and definitely not our last in the Austernperle.

A holiday home of the highest class
A holiday home that left nothing to be desired, perfect harmony and ambiance in the furnishings down to the smallest detail, exceptionally good facilities, and a very well-maintained exterior, the "Oyster Pearl" lives up to its name without exaggeration. An ideal starting point for exploring the coastline with its charming small villages, its proximity to the small beach, and the beautiful local attractions. Here, you immediately feel at home.
