In the following text we would like to introduce you to our approx. 80 m² holiday home Austernperle in the Austernfischerweg in Neßmersiel and inspire you for a relaxing holiday.

This friendly non-smoking house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac / play street
Family-friendly, cosy, bright holiday home with room for 4 adults and 2 children
The friendly, bright living and dining area on the ground floor with a view of the garden, fireplace,
43 inch Smart TV, DVD player and Bluethooths music system with CD player, is lovingly furnished
In the kitchen, which is separated from the dining and living area, you will find high-quality equipment such as a
Cooker, oven, extractor bonnet, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, egg boiler, coffee maker, scythe maker, toaster, kettle, fondue, raclette, etc., you will certainly not miss anything.
In addition to the small hallway with wardrobe and a guest toilet, there is also a storage room with a washing machine on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed
The other bedroom with bay window and reading corner has two separate beds.
2 further single beds (pirate room) are in the maisonette (open bedroom in the attic)
A spacious bathroom with round shower and WC is also located on the upper floor
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Furthermore, there are some board games and a small selection of books available.
The holiday home has a telephone (calls to the German landline network free of charge!!), free WLAN (Internet).
The south-facing terrace with electric awning, barbecue, garden house, sunbathing lawn, invites you to sunbathe and relax with its cosy garden furniture.
Two private parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The comfortable and cozily furnished holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The holiday home is approx. 80 m², is very nicely laid out, and offers space for 4 adults and 2 children. On the south-facing terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, children's toys, and ample garden furniture, you can feel at ease and relax wonderfully. Neßmersiel – the smallest coastal resort in the joint municipality of Dornum – is located in the middle of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park on the East Frisian North Sea coast.
White beach, green dikes stretching to the endless horizon, and a landscape shaped by ebb and flow – that is Neßmersiel. Tranquil, dreamy village idyll and East Frisian rural coziness. The tranquil coastal resort of Neßmersiel offers its guests a 5.3-hectare sandy beach with beach chairs and a playground, showers and toilets, as well as dining options.
The dikes, the salt marshes, and the Wadden Sea are pure nature.
Furthermore, Neßmersiel is the "Mecca" of mudflat hikers.
Explore the seabed on a mudflat hike or discover the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea.

Small daily dishes, coffee and tea, homemade cake, breakfast, brunch, cold drinks, live music, and barbecues in summer.
With the Baltrumline you can reach the East Frisian islands of Baltrum and Norderney from the ship pier in Neßmersiel. It is about 1400 m to the sandy beach/harbor.
A shopping option in Neßmersiel is an Edeka store with an adjoining bakery about 250 m away. In the neighboring towns of Dornum, Dornumersiel, and Hage you will find Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Lidl, Combi, etc.
In the immediate vicinity, several restaurants and cafes are available for your physical well-being.

Everything super happy to do it again 5/5*
The location is in a small holiday home settlement. Not far from the beach with a small bakery and Edeka as well as a sand playground for the little guests
The house is very nice with 6 beds and enough space for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with many extras such as 2 coffee machines (pad/bean) toaster microwave, kettle, everything included. All in all a very good choice. We had a very nice holiday and hope you will too

Die schöne Austernperle
The Oyster Pearl is located in a quiet environment and invites you to relax. The house is very clean, tidy, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. There is enough space for six people. The inventory is very versatile, and hardly anything needed to be brought or procured. The garden is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing. The restaurants are easily accessible on foot and the food was very tasty. A visit to the beach with the children was great, there is a nice large playground and a beach chair that belongs to the house. The neighboring towns are easily accessible by car. It's worth taking a trip to Greetsiel to eat the best fish and the best ice cream.
Overall, it was a lovely holiday and I would book the Austernperle again for the next vacation.

Bomb holiday
The vacation was amazing. No wonder with such accommodations. The house lacked nothing. Only the weather could have been better. Still, it was a lovely vacation and definitely not our last in the Austernperle.

A holiday home of the highest class
A holiday home that left nothing to be desired, perfect harmony and ambiance in the furnishings down to the smallest detail, exceptionally good facilities, and a very well-maintained exterior, the "Oyster Pearl" lives up to its name without exaggeration. An ideal starting point for exploring the coastline with its charming small villages, its proximity to the small beach, and the beautiful local attractions. Here, you immediately feel at home. Das Haus ist sehr schön die 6 Betten bieten genug Platz für alle. Die Küche ist mit vielen Extras ausgestattet so wie 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Pad/Bohnen) Toaster Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Alles dabei. Im Ganzen eine sehr gute Wahl. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und hoffe das sie ihn auch haben werden.
Also, es war ein schöner Urlaub und ich würde die Austernperle für den nächsten Urlaub wieder buchen.
Ein Dankeschön an Familie Böth für die tolle Zeit in der Austernperle.
Schnelle und unkomplizierte Buchung und Abwicklung vor Ort, herzlicher Empfang der Verwalterin, sauberes Haus, gepflegter Garten, stabile Internetverbindung, tolle Lage.

Doch dann kam plötzlich Corona und der Urlaub schien in weite Ferne zu rücken bzw. ganz auszufallen. Hier hat uns Familie Böth von Anfang an unterstützt und jederzeit mit Informationen versorgt in Bezug auf die Gegebenheiten im Landkreis Aurich.
Schließlich konnten wir dann wie geplant anreisen. Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben - sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Fahrräder im Gartenhaus waren uns gar nicht so bewusst. Unsere Kinder fanden sie prima und haben sogleich eine Fahrt zum Strand unternommen.
In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts, alles war da was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung war ebenfalls eine sehr nette Geste.
Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind nach Spaziergängen bei Regen und Sturm oder Sonnenschein immer gerne zum Haus zurückgekehrt. Der Urlaub in Neßmersiel war ein voller Erfolg und wird nicht unser letzter sein.
Jahresausklang auf dem Dorfplatz sehr zu empfehlen. Silvester am Strand, Weltklasse.
Feuerwerke von Baltrum und Norderney waren sehr gut zu sehen.

Man findet hat dort alles, was man zum Leben braucht und die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich!
Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und der Strand, gehört zu meinen persönlich schönsten Orten in der Gegend!
Für Kinder ist es optimal, ein großer Spielplatz am Strand und ein Indoorspielplatz bei schlechtem Wetter sind fußläufig zu erreichen!
Aber auch zum entspannen ist dieser Ort einfach zu empfehlen!
Waren nach vielen Jahren endlich mal wieder an der Nordsee. Die Woche hat uns gut getan. Werden wir wieder mal öfters machen. Ferienhaus mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gut Ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke an die netten Vermieter samt Hausverwalterin vor Ort.

Das Haus ja oberflächlich sauber aber im Detail dann doch nicht. Die Küchen Utensilien klebten irgendwie alle, die Schränke hatten alle einen klebrigen Film uebrigens auch im Wohnzimmer. Hinter der Couch fanden wir beim absaugen viele Spinnennetze und Staub sowie getragene Socken wohl von irgendeinem Vormieter.
Die Couch total durchgesessen.
Wohnzimmer und Küche sehr voll gestellt so dass man keine Chance hatte eigene mitgebrachte Sachen irgendwo unterzubringen. Waschmaschine kostenpflichtig das hatten wir auch noch nie.
Fahrräder sind in sämtlichen Größen im Schuppen vorhanden. Aber dann auch hier keine Chance eigene Räder bequem unterzubringen.
Also alles in Allem würden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen.
Super Massagen im neu Eröffneten WellNessmersiel nur 200 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Erholsame Radtouren entlang der Nordsee. Nur der Gegenwind ........
Wir sind gerne ins Fährhaus zum Essen eingekehrt, ein Genuß.

Die Natur erleben,die Seele baumeln lassen,faulenzen.Das ist genau das was wir getan haben. Ihr schön maritim eingerichtetes Haus hat dazu beigetragen.Es fehlt an nichts Bei Frau Kutscher sehr nett empfangen worden..Die Ruhe hier und bequemen Betten ließen uns gut schlafen. Alles sehr sauber.Die Abende am warmen Ofen bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen.Einfach herrlich!Wir werden nachstes Jahr mit Karneval wieder an die schöne Küste fliehen.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub ist leider schon zu Ende. Der Erholungswert in einem sehr Gemütlichen, sauberen und toll Ausgestatteten Ferienhaus war für uns enorm hoch. Nette Vermieter, liebevoller Empfang vor Ort durch eine kompetente Hausverwalterin. So stellen wir uns einen Kurztrip vor.

Alles in top Zustand - liebevoll Eingerichtet - super Sauber - netter Kontakt und vor allem Preis -Leistungsverhältnis spitze. Wir haben viele Kilometer mit den Fahrrädern zurück gelegt - eine Windmühlentour bei super Wetter war ein Highlight. Auch eine Erkundung im Umland Emdern,Aurich,Norden usw. war eine tolles Erlebnis / Zeitreise.
Gerne kehren wir zurück in unsere (Nordsee) Perle......

Ein Urlaub bei schönem Wetter an der Nordsee läßt auch Mallorca vergessen. Ein erholsamer Urlaub liegt hinter uns....Top Tip die Insel Baltrum mit super Strand und klarem Wasser.

Wir haben die Nordseegegend mit den Hauseigenen Fahrrädern erkundet, das hat uns gut gefallen.
Das Spielen am Strand von Neßmersiel hat unseren Kindern gut gefallen und wir könnten im Strandkorb die Ruhe und die Sonne genießen. Auch die Schifffahrt zur Insel Baltrum ,vorbei an den Seehundbänken vor Norderney war ein super Erlebnis für unsere Kinder.
In unserem Feriendomizil haben wir uns von Anfang an Wohlgefühlt, fast wie daheim.
Ein sauberes, gemütliches und sehr gut Ausgestattetes Haus hat uns empfangen, eine sehr nette und kompetente Ferienhausverwalterin vor Ort hatte und herzlich willkommen geheißen.

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Sehr gut Ausgestattet alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Alles in Top Zustand, nette Vermieter. Sogar kostenloses WLAN und sehr gute Fahrräder im Haus. Unsere Kinder haben sich im Piratennest sehr wohlgefühlt. Haben sogar eine neue Sitzlandschaft im Wohnbereich eingeweiht. Auch ein Willkommes Gruß der Eigentümer erwartete uns ,Danke eine tolle Überraschung. Das Osterfeuer in Dornumersiel war super, trotz der großen Menschenmengen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder an die Nordsee und vor allem ins tolle Ferienhaus Austernperle. D A N K E
