Located on a golf course and at the base of the ski slopes, the apartment offers stunning mountain and garden views. Ideally situated in a well-connected area, it’s just 150 meters from a restaurant, 200 meters from the ski resort, and 300 meters from thermal springs. A bus station is also nearby, making it easy to explore the area.
The apartment includes a garden with outdoor furniture, a fenced yard, and a barbecue—ideal for outdoor dining. Inside, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Additional amenities include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, and electric heating for comfort. Entertainment options include a TV with satellite channels in German.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor with an east orientation. It is therefore very bright in the morning and does not get too warm in the summer. With cooler outside temperatures, it can get very cold quickly. However, the electric heating worked well even in the summer. The holiday house is very soundproof. The apartment is sufficiently large and modernly furnished. Unfortunately, it lacks a bit of flair, which may be due to the fact that nothing in the apartment welcomes the guests (no brochures for activities nearby, no games, no flowers on the table...). The small kitchen is well-equipped for the limited space, but there is also nothing that makes it feel homey and it is only minimally stocked with dishes, e.g., soup plates, salad bowl, bread basket, salt, pepper, oil, etc. There is only a small travel kettle available and no coffee machine (but a small espresso machine). The kitchen and bathroom have no outside window. I booked the holiday apartment based on the following description (in our used booking portal): "The apartment has a garden with garden furniture, a fenced yard, and a grill. . . Other amenities include a washing machine. . . ". However, we were offered the meadow in front of the house for parking, and garden furniture and a grill were not available. The washing machine was also not there. The house is located on the mountain in the district of Staudach. For shopping, you have to drive to Bad Kleinkirchheim. Registration was only possible in Italian and English.

A cozy retreat! We enjoyed the garden and the BBQ facilities, perfect for our family dinners after a day on the slopes, The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking a breeze

Amazing place, very comfortable and clean, Everything was well-organized and the hosts were friendly, Only thing is, the TV only had German channels which was a bit of a bummer for us, but we didn't come to watch TV anyway! Overall, would stay again in a heartbeat
