The beautiful holiday apartment "Landliebe" offers our guests 115 sqm of country-typical, invitingly cozy feeling with a maritime touch and modern comfort. Clear shapes and muted tones in the interior create a calm living atmosphere - naturally Nordic and subtle.
On the ground floor, there is a large eat-in kitchen with access to the terrace, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower (rain shower), and a bedroom with a single bed, which has a pull-out bed, so that two people can also find space here. The large upstairs bathroom impresses with its corner bathtub (140x140 cm) near the window, offering views over the fields all the way to the Baltic Sea. The charm of the land between the seas also extends to the two upstairs bedrooms. Whether sailboat, anchor, or shell—the maritime key pieces create an elegant coastal style flair in the apartment, thus fostering a natural living harmony. The flooring made of country house planks on the upper floor, as well as the old oak beams in every room, emphasize the charm of this apartment.
Also located on the upper floor is a reading nook with a desk, a selection of books, and a cozy sofa. Here, you can immerse yourself in the world of written words.
Wellness enthusiasts can also look forward to the beautiful sauna, which is located in the same building and whose use is included in the price for our guests. The DTV classification criteria serve as the standard for the house's furnishings - 5 stars are sought.
For our guests, there is a private car parking space directly at the house and a private terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill available.
The overnight price includes free WiFi and a laundry set per person. The beds are made upon arrival. A baby/toddler kit consisting of a travel crib, high chair, changing mat, and child toilet seat can be provided upon request.
Our tip: Next door in the same building is the beautiful apartment "Marina Chic". If you are planning a vacation with your family or friends, we recommend renting both apartments. Vacationing together, but living separately - this is very possible with us at Kieholmhof.

This comfortable and well-appointed holiday apartment over two floors, with views over meadows and fields up to the nearby Baltic Sea, is located in a completely renovated former utility building on the idyllic Kieholmhof. During the elaborate renovation, care was taken to preserve the existing historic character of the building and to integrate modern elements. Hasselberg is a nationally recognized resort located directly on the Baltic Sea with a 2.5 km long swimming beach. Situated between Kappeln and Gelting, Hasselberg has the character of a rural community with about 1000 residents and offers its guests fresh air, peace, relaxation, and recreation, including specific sections for nudist beach and dog beach, with safety provided by our DLRG, naturally without a spa tax. The town of Kappeln on the Schlei, also known as "Deekelsen" from the TV series "Der Landarzt", is just 6 km away and boasts a maritime flair and open shopping Sundays from March to October. Here you can find everything from shopping opportunities to cafes and restaurants to cruises on the Schlei.

Family Hansen - that's us: the farmer Eckard Hansen, his wife Anke, and the children Phillip, Theide, Iver, and Jan. The farm dog Nele is of course also part of the family. Us - Eckard and Anke Hansen - are connected not only by our children and many shared interests, but also by an inner appreciation of what it means to live and work on our farm.
