Surrounded by tranquility, nature, and idyll, this residential dream is located right in the middle of a protected landscape area not far from the Baltic Sea. During the extensive remodeling of the former economic building, importance was placed on maintaining the existing historical character while integrating modern elements.
On the ground floor, there is an open 45 sqm living/dining area with underfloor heating and access to the terrace. In the modern, well-equipped country-style fitted kitchen, the discerning guest will not miss anything. Both quality and aesthetics were considered important for the kitchen inventory.
The large dining table, custom-made for this apartment from solid oak, seats 6 to 8 people. The dining area seamlessly transitions into the living area with stylish and functional furniture pieces. A natural understated chic lends elegance and tranquility to the ground floor. There is a bit of everything, but never too much - the main thing is style.
One of the three bedrooms is also on the ground floor. White furniture is accentuated by maritime accessories and textiles. The furnishings consist of two single beds (90 x 200), two nightstands, and a spacious wardrobe. The high-quality mattresses guarantee a restful sleep.
The bathroom on the ground floor is also a highlight due to the large walk-in rain shower. The romantic white vanity with turquoise sink gives the bathroom a maritime touch. A chandelier provides atmospheric lighting.
Upstairs there is a reading nook with a desk, a selection of books, and a cozy armchair. Here you can immerse yourself in the world of written words. From the gallery, you can access two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed (180 x 200) in an antique-looking cream white, a matching wardrobe, two nightstands, and a full-body mirror. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds (each 90 x 200), one of which has a pull-out bed, allowing accommodation for a third person if needed. The two white wardrobes, which visually remind one of beach huts, provide enough storage space for the contents of the travel bags. The interior style is an inviting mix of yacht club flair with lots of wood - modernly complemented with trendy accents such as cage-look ceiling lamps.
A small room that makes a big splash is also located upstairs - the bathroom! The teak washstand forms a harmonious amalgamation with the unique washbasin made from natural river stone. An L-shaped bathtub (100 x 140) also fits here. The harmoniously designed interior in earthy tones makes this bathroom a place of relaxation from the moment you enter - perfect for unwinding and relaxing.
Wellness enthusiasts can also look forward to the beautiful sauna located in the same building, whose use is included in the price for our guests. The DTV classification criteria serve as the standard for the house's amenities - 5 stars are aimed for.
For our guests, there is a private parking space right at the house and a private terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill available.
The overnight price includes free WiFi and a laundry set per person.
Baby/toddler equipment, consisting of a travel cot, high chair, changing mat, and child toilet seat can be provided upon request. Our Tip: In the same building next door, you'll find the beautiful apartment "Landliebe". If you are planning a vacation with your family or friends, we recommend renting both apartments. Vacation together, but live separately - at Kieholmhof this is very possible.

The holiday apartment "Marina Chic" is located in a completely renovated former economic building on an idyllically situated farm - the Kieholmhof - in the middle of a landscape conservation area. The Baltic Sea is approximately 1.5 km away. A private farm path connects the property with the road "Eckstang," which leads to the beach of Hasselberg.
Hasselberg is a state-recognized resort directly on the Baltic Sea with a 2.5 km long swimming beach. Located between Kappeln and Gelting, Hasselberg has the character of a rural community with about 1000 inhabitants and offers its guests fresh air, peace, relaxation, and recreation, including designated sections for naturist beach and dog beach, with our DLRG ensuring safety, naturally without a spa tax.
