Description
In our holiday apartment Residence Juliana 74 with a maritime flair, you can feel comfortable from the first moment. It is located on the ground floor of the residential complex and is lovingly furnished for a maximum of four people. Enjoy the idyllic view of the canal from the ideally southwest-facing terrace. It is mostly covered, so you can sit there almost any time of the day. The living space is wonderfully bright due to the 2 double sliding doors. Relax on the cozy seating area with an armchair and enjoy the view of the light play on the water. A large flat-screen TV with German TV programs is also available, as is an internet radio with a Bluetooth box.
The modern seating area and the large dining table offer ample space for 4 people. The open kitchen is equipped with many amenities such as a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, Senseo, milk frother, kettle, convection oven-microwave, stove, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Sleep restfully in the two bedrooms with new comfortable box spring beds and blackout curtains. One room has a 2×90 × 200 double bed and the other has 2 separate 90 × 200 beds. Both rooms offer ample closet space for your vacation wardrobe. The luxuriously newly renovated bathroom provides you with a great layout and includes underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
Bicycle racks are available right at the front door, as well as private parking space No. 74. A well-behaved dog is allowed, barrier-free as it is on the ground floor.

The apartment is located in a quiet complex right behind the dunes. It is just a few minutes' walk to the magnificent North Sea beach with great beach restaurants. Julianadorp aan Zee is located about 5 km south of Den Helder in the north of the North Holland province.
Here you can enjoy the beautiful beach, nature, canoe route, and much more. Julianadorp aan Zee is part of the municipality of Den Helder. The beaches here have been declared the cleanest beaches in North Holland and Den Helder has the highest average number of sunshine hours per year in the Netherlands!!!

Simply top, great alternative to the holiday home.
Hello everyone, everything fits perfectly here:
1. The location is great. The property is located directly behind the dunes and you can quickly reach the beach on foot.
2. The apartment is very nicely furnished (it is advisable to pack away the light carpet right away (we did this immediately, we were there with a Cocker Spaniel girl).
3. Everything is available in the apartment to enjoy the holiday time.
4. We had the luck to be able to arrive spontaneously.
5. The communication with the owners was very good.

Very lovingly furnished beautiful holiday apartment, very well equipped. We felt very comfortable here. We were immediately helped with any questions or problems. The location of the apartment is great, not far from the beach, bike rental, etc. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

Simply dreamy
We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. We lacked nothing.
Private parking right in front of the house.
The contact with the landlord was warm and trouble-free. Absolute recommendation, we would love to come back.

Short vacation in January
We spontaneously decided on a short vacation to the North Sea in Julianadorp. Luckily.
We found a very cozy apartment where we immediately felt at home. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything we need to feel comfortable. The amenities are perfect; even a milk frother and an egg cooker are provided.
We slept perfectly on the box spring beds. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a large walk-in shower.
We can only recommend the apartment and the landlords. We will definitely come back, but next time for sure longer.
