The residence is located in the Mali Maj district, approx. 2.5 km from the old town of Porec. The house is situated in a quiet location and is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec thanks to its facilities. All holiday flats are new and modernly furnished. The house has a total of 7 holiday flats with a common plot of 1300 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 60 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, a well-kept garden and several covered parking spaces for common use. This holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 2nd floor on the pool side and has a living area of 80 m2. It consists of an eat-in kitchen with access to the large terrace overlooking the garden and pool, a fitted kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.

Perfect stay

The stay was perfect, the accommodation very clean and well-maintained, the landlord extremely friendly – so 5 stars – the only drawback is minor things, like empty batteries in the clock or awning remote control. I also thought based on the pictures of the pool that towels for swimming would be provided, but that was not the case.
