Admittedly, 'pool apartment' is a bit of an exaggeration ;-) but the atmosphere on the large terrace with the mini pool and an occasional refreshment while sunbathing – that really is great. . .
And then, compared to the others, this is also our 'luxury apartment'. It has a bit more of everything. 3 air conditioners, almost double the terrace size, underfloor heating instead of just wall-mounted heaters, and much more.
• Stylish, large, Andalusian-maritime holiday apartment in Nerja. With a wide sea view and plenty of beachy holiday flair, this holiday apartment invites you to a relaxing vacation in an upscale setting. The location is sheltered and quiet on a footpath on the hillside. You neither hear nor see the small street—only the Moorish atmosphere in this corner of the already picturesque, idyllic complex.
The picturesque garden complex San Juan de Capistrano is designed with colorful gardens, many tropical flowers, Mediterranean plants, and a palm-lined avenue in the center of the resort. The large, lagoon-like, beautiful pool area is not far away (approx. 130 m, 2-3 minutes on foot).
Built on a slope and with a mini pool on the sunny, approx. 30m² large and above all pleasantly sheltered terrace (with 2 loungers and garden furniture), this apartment creates a truly Mediterranean, relaxed holiday atmosphere!
Especially on the large south-facing terrace, you will really feel like you have arrived in Andalusia... The fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful living room, and the 2 bathrooms are especially enjoyable during your vacation.
In addition to the wonderfully designed pool area of the holiday resort, you will surely also enjoy refreshing yourself from time to time in your own small mini pool on your own sunny south-facing terrace. It is about the size of 3 bathtubs – great for a quick cool-down while sunbathing and, in the off-season, for that very southern holiday flair. You can use up to 5 sleeping places, there is a large futon chair in the living room, which is a possible sleeping place for a potential 5th person. Maybe not ideal, but it is quite possible.
This extra bed can also be placed in the 2nd bedroom, which is somewhat larger than the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have TVs and a wardrobe each. In the 2nd bedroom, the two beds can also be separated. Each guest has their own good mattress in every bed with us, and of course there is one duvet and pillow per person, no double duvets, as is still often customary in Spain. Key data:

- Important regarding the location! The highway runs 60 m deep in a tunnel beneath the complex. The sunny holiday apartment is sheltered, idyllic, and very picturesque in the charming garden complex San Juan de Capistrano, directly by the nature park. The highway is only visible in the far distance and does not affect your Solana holiday apartment in the slightest.
The wonderful large pool area of the holiday resort (designed like a lagoon with a rocky island, waterfalls, grassy sunbathing areas, and a separate baby pool) is only about a 2-3 minute walk away.
It is usually open from Easter until October 31st each year. This is, of course, an offer from the San Juan de Capistrano resort and the complex also sets opening hours and provides the lifeguards. Location and surroundings of object
It is about a 5-minute drive from the San Juan de Capistrano resort to the center of Nerja and 3 minutes to the beach... in this case, the beautiful and well-known Burriana Beach.
And all of this in a very sheltered location within the idyllic holiday resort – with a wonderful sea view. This 'corner' of the complex, built in the beautiful neo-Moorish style, is, as mentioned, especially Moorish in design and exudes a very special holiday atmosphere. The San Juan de Capistrano garden complex – built in the style of an Andalusian village – is located above the center of the picturesque coastal town of Nerja and is a small district in the green, quiet eastern part of the town. Nerja is often described as “one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol.”
From two places in the village-style complex, a bus runs to the center and to Burriana Beach. Of course also to the beautiful old town of Nerja with the pedestrian zone and the famous Balcon de Europa – a truly spectacular viewpoint with a plaza, restaurants, and bars all around.
As mentioned, you do not drive long to the center of Nerja (and the old town) and about 3 minutes to the beach (Burriana Beach – Playa Burriana). The well-maintained holiday resort with a beautiful rock pool is a district of Nerja and is nestled directly against the natural park hills above the town center—completely surrounded by greenery with views up to the rocky peaks. From many spots, you can enjoy a spectacular sea view.
You will spend your holiday in a beautiful vacation oasis with palm-lined avenues, tropical and Mediterranean gardens, and a lagoon-like pool landscape. Your holiday apartment Solana is hidden and private on the hillside and can be reached from the street in just 46 steps via stairways (which is quite few for this hillside location), which are easy and comfortable to walk, especially since the stairways are divided into smaller sections.
The pool cannot be seen or heard from Solana, but is still only about 130 m away. There, in addition to rental sun loungers, you will also find lawns where you can lie down with your own towel, as well as restaurants and bars for your physical well-being. Next to the pool, there is a small supermarket from around March to November.
The next larger shopping options are also not far away. In about 2 minutes by car you will find Carrefour and Mercadona. You can walk down the hill below the complex to reach the smaller Coviran supermarkets. Little tip – in the upper part of the Las Poetas complex you can get warm sandwiches if you don't want to cook. . .

The modern kitchen is fully designed and equipped with everything – a large fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, oven, Senseo pad machine next to the regular filter coffee machine, WMF stainless steel pots, plenty of dishes and cutlery.
For the off-season, there is underfloor heating in every room and various additional electric energy-saving wall heaters – to be used as preferred. . . . You have to really want to treat yourself to underfloor heating economically, but it also doesn’t consume ‘the world’ and is sometimes a real ‘delight’ in the often rather cold-floored Spanish apartments during the off-season.
Nevertheless, there are also the already mentioned, additionally available, wall-mounted energy-saving heaters.
And the 3 air conditioners, which of course can also heat. So you won’t freeze in this apartment, even in winter. You can 'configure' the heating options as you like.
There are also 2 winter duvets per apartment for the winter, consisting of individually configurable 'quilted duvets'. Even in Andalusia, the nights can be cooler.

As always, we have made sure to preserve many Andalusian elements, while ensuring that modernity and comfort are not neglected. Please note that we are specialists for German-speaking guests. For a booking, you should at least be able to understand German very well or be able and willing to use an online translator. Everything in our holiday properties is tailored to the German-speaking region:
