Discover your perfect holiday home at the "House with a Large Terrace" in Sparow, located in the idyllic surroundings of Nossentiner Hütte. This welcoming holiday home offers about 50 square meters of space for up to 6 guests.
Surrounded by a porch and a spacious terrace that invite you to linger, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. The vacation home with a large terrace in Sparow accommodates four guests, and up to six with additional bedding on the couch in the combined open-plan living and dining room. During the cooler seasons, the wood stove provides cozy warmth. A double-door wardrobe is available in the double bedroom, and the twin bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Blackout blinds are installed on the windows in both bedrooms. Room Layout - all rooms are located on one level on the ground floor -:

Thanks to the covered terrace, you can sit outside in any weather. 4 recliners are available for relaxation in the garden. By arrangement, your children can use the climbing frame with swing or the trampoline in the garden area on the play meadow, or play at the ping pong table. Four bicycles - 2 26-inch ladies' bikes and 1 28-inch ladies' bike and 1 26-inch mountain bike (all with gears) - are available for rent from the landlord for a fee. You can store your bikes on the terrace, protected from the weather. The free car parking space is located right next to the holiday home. Please note that the house is a non-smoking accommodation and therefore is particularly suitable for guests who value a smoke-free environment. Craftsmen also find a suitable retreat here.

Sparow is located in the Nossentiner / Schwinzer Heide. The Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park consists of expansive pine forests, crystal-clear lakes -like Drewitzer See-, but also nutrient-rich lakes, moors, dunes, wet meadows, dry grasslands, and heaths. Some parts are designated as European bird protection areas because bitterns, sea eagles, and ospreys breed here. At the Sparower Teerschwelergehöft in your vacation spot, you will be shown how tar and charcoal were produced in the past. The Nossentiner / Schwinzer Heide Nature Park invites you to cycle or hike through its extensive forests. One destination is the Karower Meiler, where you can get more information about the nature park. It's just a 10-minute walk to the swimming spot on the clear Drewitzer Lake.
Sparow is a small district of Nossentiner Hütte, only 7 km away from Malchow where the nearest supermarkets are located. The city of Malchow is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District - and that can be taken quite literally. Malchow is also called the island city because part of the old town - including the town hall - is on an island in the middle of Lake Malchow. An embankment connects the island on one side to the mainland. And on the other side, a recently renovated swing bridge performs its indispensable function. Every hour on the hour, the swing bridge opens and the waiting boats and ships can finally pass. This spectacle is naturally often attended by many tourists. Right next to the swing bridge at the city harbor, the passenger ships depart for their trips across Fleesensee and Müritz to Waren(Müritz). Cyclists can take their bicycles with them.
Opposite the city harbor of Malchow, the impressive monastery church reaches into the sky. It is the landmark of the town of Malchow and part of the monastery complex. There you will also find the organ museum. The GDR Museum in the old cinema houses many everyday objects from the GDR era and thus brings visitors closer to the daily life of that time. The biggest festival in the island town and thus the highlight is, as every year, the Malchow Folk Festival. It takes place as always on the first weekend of July and has been included in the German directory for intangible UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Not far from the town of Malchow, the monkeys are on the loose! A troop of Barbary macaques populates Malchow's Monkey Forest. They are just as popular with the children as the nearby summer toboggan run.

Beautiful holiday home
We were there for a week to take some bike tours from this beautiful holiday home. It is quite well located for bike tours to start from there. What was great was this beautiful large terrace and the tranquility. Everything you need was available. The landlords are also very nice. It was a lovely holiday. Best regards, Fam Behrens
