Emplacement idéal au cœur du Marais, Spacieux pour Paris, Grand salon salle à manger cuisine à l'étage, 1 grande et 1 petite chambre en bas, La grande chambre a une douche, des toilettes et un Pack-n'-Play pour bébé, La chambre arrière est comme une grotte, quelques marches plus bas, mais c'est bien, 2ème douche, toilettes et laveuse sécheuse dans le couloir du bas mais aucun à l'étage principal, Les problèmes sont une forte odeur de moisi / moisissure en bas, pas de toilettes à l'étage principal et pas de fenêtres ou de vues sauf 1 dans le salon qui est givré et couvert de grands rideaux, L'appartement est dans une rue calme sans rien à voir, Belle cour pour quand il fait beau, Dans l'ensemble, un condo spacieux décent pour un bon prix dans un excellent emplacement si vous voulez Le Marais et également proche de la rivière,

I booked the apartment while boarding the plane from Florence to Paris and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The apartment was impeccably clean and perfect for my family of 6, The location was ideal, with plenty of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the metro station was within walking distance, Johanna was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable, This was our third time in Paris, but our first time staying in the 4th Arrondissement, We will definitely be booking here again, Thank you so much Johanna!

We had a minor issue with one of the shower drains, but it was repaired the day before our departure. I’m not sure if it was related, but the apartment felt quite humid during our stay. Being on a half lower-ground level with no windows that could be opened, there wasn’t much natural ventilation. Aside from that, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The only thing we missed was being able to fully enjoy the courtyard, as the seating area was designated for the other apartments. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
