Relax your soul in our cozy holiday home in Southern France, Gruissan Les Ayguades, on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. This charming holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests on 45 square meters. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 small bathroom upstairs, as well as a combined living-dining area with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The staircase to the upper floor is steep and unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility impairments. The vacation home is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a 4-ring ceramic hob, refrigerator, sink, washing machine. Here you will find a kettle and a coffee machine for your morning coffee, as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious Mediterranean meals. The living room is comfortably furnished and invites you to relax with a cozy sofa and a TV. Enjoy your meals outside on the main terrace with a table, 4 garden chairs, and the crank-out sun awning. Or sunbathe on the two sun loungers on the second terrace next to the house behind the small garden strip. The rental price includes the use of the communal pool (open approx. June 15 to September 15), and a parking space is reserved for you.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but is of course permitted on the terraces or under the porch. The area around Gruissan offers numerous attractions such as Cathar castles, Roman excavations, idyllic canals, natural coastal landscapes with impressive wildlife (e.g., flamingos). Water sports enthusiasts will find a water ski lift right in Les Ayguades, as well as spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wing foiling in the nearby area. Whether you want to spend relaxing days at the beach, explore the local culture, or exert yourself on the water – there is something here for everyone.

Through the district passes the Strandsee (lagoon), at whose end there is a wakeboarding facility/water ski lift. Inland from Les Ayguades is La Clape, a small mountain range with rocks, vineyards, and hiking trails (also suitable for bicycle tours). The nearest major city is Narbonne - just under 20 minutes away by car. The well-known medieval fortress city of Carcassonne can be reached in just under 1 hour by car from the holiday home.

Pure relaxation
The little house is wonderful and perfectly located. It has everything you need, plenty of space, sun or shade, depending on your needs. The property is pleasantly quiet, the pool is right next door. It really couldn't be better.
Bakery around the corner, nice wine bar as well.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

It is simply and practically furnished.
A plus is the toilet on the upper floor.
The terrace is private and there is enough space there.
The location of the house is great, as it is right by the pool.

Nice accommodation
We were very satisfied with our stay. For the price, the amenities are absolutely fine – everything you need was available. The beach is easily accessible on foot, which was a big plus for us. There are also sufficient shopping options nearby, so you can stock up well. We would especially like to highlight the pleasant and straightforward communication with the landlord – everything went smoothly. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.
