Description

In this beautiful detached house there is a modern flat on the ground floor in Pješcana Uvala. This flat, which can accommodate a maximum of six people, offers a living room and a dining room in one room with a sofa on which there are two extra beds, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful terrace where you can relax with a glass of Istrian wine and enjoy pleasant Mediterranean evenings. On hot summer days you will certainly not get warm in the flat, because it has three air conditioners.
It is 400 metres from the property to the beach and 3 km to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 350 metres.

Primary base of operations

We are welcomed by a very courteous host. A fruit basket and a bottle of water awaited us upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and very stylishly furnished. A great base to visit the amphitheater of Pula, go to the beach, taste oysters in the Limski canal, and visit towns like Motovun and Rovinj. The Kamenac nature park was also worth it. Bakery, restaurants, and shops are nearby. Don't hesitate to book, just do it.

We will definitely come to visit again one day.

We stayed in this stunning villa in August, we were a group of 6 friends, the convenience of the two bathrooms was greatly appreciated, the kitchen was very minimal but had everything needed to make nice dinners, the living room with the French door leading to the terrace was our second entrance for its convenience, the small sofas outside were very useful after lunch/dinner, we were truly amazed by this immense and impeccable house, we will definitely return to visit one day.

New Apartment

Inside was everything we needed. Beautiful new apartment, very comfortable beds and pillows. There is space in the garage for two cars. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a promenade within walking distance and the beach is nice. The host lives above, communication was polite and quick. When something was needed, they were quick to solve the problem. Overall we really enjoyed it, thank you very much.
