Villa Luna is located in the greenery of the Istrian village of Sveti Lovreč. This stone villa with pool exudes a warm and pleasant atmosphere that will calm even the biggest workaholics. The outdoor area is ideal for family or friends gatherings, while the fenced property comes in handy if you want to bring your pet on vacation. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The villa covers 204 m² and consists of 2 floors. The ground floor is reserved for cooking, eating and relaxing, while the 1st floor is reserved for resting. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a large corner sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon with your favorite series or movie. An indoor fireplace will keep the room warm on colder days, while air conditioning is available for warmer days. There is also a kitchen on the ground floor with a bar and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare various meals. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outdoor terrace.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 3 are on the 1st floor. The rooms are fully equipped for a comfortable stay, some with double beds and some with single beds. There are wardrobes, desks and some rooms have access to the outdoor terrace with views of the countryside. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, toiletries and hairdryers.

The central part of the villa's courtyard is undoubtedly the swimming pool, which you can enjoy all day long. If you're looking for some sun, you can relax in one of the sun loungers, and if you're looking for some shade, that's solved too - there's an alfresco dining area on the covered terrace. And if you want to do some cooking, leave it to the grill masters, who will be able to prepare top specialties in the outdoor grill zone. And all of this in maximum peace and quiet, with a view of the lush surrounding greenery.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there are cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as numerous sights hidden in the historic town of St. Lovreč. Not far from the village is the Lim bay, and the sea is also close by. Could it get any better?
