Villa Lenka is located on the edge of the village of Pajari near the town of Sveti Lovrec, 14 km from Porec and 8 km from the Lim Fjord. On its own fenced plot of 600 sqm with well-kept lawn, it offers guests a pool with hydromassage corner, barbecue fireplace, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and two covered parking spaces.
Villa Lenka is a beautiful holiday home built in a traditional style but furnished in a modern way and offers space for 2 people on 80 sqm spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. The ground floor has access to the garden and pool area with garden furniture. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC.
Villa Lenka is fully air-conditioned and offers everything you might need for your holiday. Youth groups are not allowed.
