Located directly on the promenade of Baska, this flat has a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for one person - so up to 3 people can spend their holiday here. The great interior also includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside, there is a furnished balcony with sea view - enjoy it.
It is 10 metres from the property to the beach and 30 metres to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 120 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 30 metres.

Sehr gute Lage

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Schritten am Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte,...alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Man wird vom Vermieter bei der Tourist Agency abgeholt und zum Quartier geführt.

Very nice holiday apartment in a wonderful location.

Prime location in the old town, directly by the sea. Located above an ice cream parlor, so it's quiet at night. Very good facilities and air conditioning. Very nice and helpful landlord. We would love to come back.

Location to the beach is unique.

Location to the beach, promenade is unique. Negative, the apartment is noisy from the other rooms (apartments). Outside noises from the promenade were hardly audible. The terrace is only 0.5 sqm large (landing) and is located on a footpath/stairs connecting the beach to the old town where people constantly walk by. The parking space is very, very narrow and difficult to access by car. We refrained from using the car in between, although we would have liked to visit another beach. On the last day, we used a paid public parking lot. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to leave at all. The way from the parking lot to the apartment was another 50-100 meters through a narrow alley. The service and the people on site were all helpful and very nice (key handover, if questions or problems arose).

The name (First Row by the Sea) is the program!

The location of the vacation apartment is fantastic - it takes exactly 21 steps to the sea. The vacation apartment was also very well equipped (especially the kitchen), clean, and cozy. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner outside in front of the vacation apartment. It didn't bother us that a public staircase runs right by the vacation apartment, and sometimes people walked by while we were eating. Directly below the holiday apartment is an outdoor ice cream café, where one can also have breakfast. The holiday apartment includes a parking space, which is enclosed. We also found this very practical. We were especially delighted with our nice and helpful landlord. He easily accommodated a later check-in for us, and we could contact him anytime with questions.
