The shower is larger than a standard shower. All windows have mosquito and blackout options. The apartment is characterized by a harmonious decor that creates a homely atmosphere. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, a television, and a stylish laminate floor, providing a welcoming environment. The integrated kitchenette is modernly designed and equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a stovetop espresso machine – perfect for enjoying cozy evenings with homemade meals. For the "nap", there is also a small bed with a day cover/pillow available in the living room.

Location and surroundings of object
Idyllic fishing village in East Frisia with historic windmills and picturesque harbor.
Our vacation apartment is located about 5 minutes from the red mill at the entrance of the village. Here they have a mill café and a grocery/souvenir shop.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the village, quicker by bicycle.
The village has stores and plenty of dining options.
The new dog park is near the marina and has a view of the water. Not far away is also the fish dealer and the old East Frisian streets, away from the bypass roads, invite you to spend time there by foot or bicycle.
Norden is about 10-15 minutes away by car, Emden about 20 minutes. There is a new bike path to Norden.
In the apartment, you will find enough maps/information material. We are also available for tips.

| The rental price includes the final cleaning. A kitchen starter set (dishwashing utensils etc. in a basket) will be placed in the apartment. This service is listed in the rental contract (approx. €7). Your dog will be charged extra (€6/night). Please discuss and inquire about any discounts personally (e.g., last-minute bookings). Renting for less than 7 days is only possible by arrangement with a surcharge. Please inquire. Bed linen/towel sets can be booked (flat rate). Important! The tourist tax is charged separately by the municipality and will be paid by you upon arrival. You will then immediately receive a spa card from the administrator. The off-season prices have not yet been determined. Please inquire here. We will provide this information as soon as possible. |

If you would like to book, please contact us; we will forward the booking to our manager. From there, you will receive all documents. Additionally, you will receive a small starter set in the kitchen for a low price... approximately 6 euros. The prices for 2025 are still to be determined. Our "oldest employee" in the photo is Mrs. Sörensen-Volvo Amazon, born in 1966. We have been renting since 2012 in Greetsiel with a break during Corona. Our apartment is individually furnished. Our many regular guests over the years have especially liked our large garden with shrubs, flower beds, trees, paths, and lawns. We are happy to answer questions or provide tips, as we (with a separate entrance) live in the house.
