This house is situated in a quiet area in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, where you will find all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc., as well as some of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia, which are only 16 minutes away by car.

The country house is tastefully furnished and offers enough space for 8 people in 250 m² of living space.
There are 4 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 2x2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 2 with bath. In winter you can use the central heating.

The house has a cosy living room with satellite TV + Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the outside area you can cool down in the large 10x5 m pool and relax on the comfortable sun beds. On the covered terrace there is another dining table with capacity for 8 people.
From here you have fantastic views of the pool and the beautiful garden. There is also an outdoor barbecue.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
