Welcome to the charming holiday home Cappuccetto Rosso, located in picturesque Nieuwe Niedorp in North Holland. This holiday home offers cosy accommodation for up to 4 guests with 45 square metres of living space, including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a large paved garden with lush trees that provide a relaxing atmosphere. You can relax on the comfortable garden furniture and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. For warmer days, outside the park, there is a refreshing outdoor swimming pool where you can take a dip and relax. This pool is not free for guests of the holiday park.
The bright living room has a cosy seating area with a lovely sofa, 2 armchairs, TV cabinet with smart TV, small dining area and a sideboard. The open kitchen has a 4-burner gas hob with electric oven, fridge with freezer (3 drawers), coffee maker (pads) and kettle.
The utility room has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ironing board with iron and drying rack.
The bathroom is equipped with sink, shower cubicle, toilet, and hairdryer. Towel service is included in the price, each person receives 1x towel 50x100 cm and 1x shower towel 70x140 cm.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 x single beds (90x210). Beds are made for free on arrival. To get to the first floor you do have to climb a rather steep staircase, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems or in wheelchairs.
The back garden borders the woodland and is fully tiled, equipped with a large round dining table including chairs, Parasol, BBQ and terrace stove on wood. There are also 4 adjustable garden chairs including cushions + 1 lounger.
The front garden has a picnic table, you overlook the common area of grass where children can romp.

The holiday house is located on an inland lake, our cottage is not adjacent to this lake but is a country house as we call it.
Within 30 minutes by car, you are already at the sea: Callantsoog, St. Maartenszee, Julianadorp, Groote Keeten, Petten, but in the other direction, Bergen and Egmond are within the same number of minutes.
Fun cities nearby include Schagen, Hoorn, Alkmaar but also Haarlem and Amsterdam can be reached within 50 minutes by car.
In Nieuwe Niedorp itself, you can check out the museum Grootmoederstijd and motorbike museum, the art garden Nederlands Kremlin, the Fenix Church.

Of course, our house is a Tinyhouse but it has everything you need and this also makes it a very romantic place to stay.
