Second home

Arriving on vacation and feeling at home right away, that's what Sollinghus in Zingst is all about. Nothing is missing, everything is clean, the furnishings are very detail-oriented. Booking and inquiries are handled in a friendly and smooth manner. This year marks our 6th visit here, and we don't look for any other accommodation. Highly recommended.

Sollinghus/Zingst

The Sollinghus is highly recommended as a holiday home,
the equipment in all areas is very successful and more than sufficient for several people,
the price-performance ratio is appropriate,
due to the location in the center of the village, the paths to the beach and lagoon are pleasantly short.

Das Fischland / Zingst

The Fischland peninsula offers a lot in April, especially peace and relaxation. In addition, a good accommodation that we found at Sollinghus in Zingst >>> highly recommended !!!

Sollinghus - Holiday Home for Well-being

The Sollinghus not only met but exceeded our expectations:
- Very good location in the center of Zingst,
- comfortable furnishings and very good facilities,
- 2 parking spaces (one directly at the house) and a small bicycle shed,
- short distances to the harbor on the Bodden and the Baltic Sea
We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

New headquarters in Zingst

This was the second time we stayed at Sollinghus and now we know that we have finally found our regular place. We have been coming to Zingst for 10 years, each time we have tried a new accommodation... Now, finally, we are "settling down".

You can feel everywhere that the owner values satisfied guests. The furnishings are tasteful and leave nothing to be desired, everything is clean
The central but quiet location is perfect, both the beach and the harbour are within a few minutes walking distance
The booking process is smooth through the accommodation service, where you can also ask questions and requests on the spot, which are dealt with quickly and friendly.
We have already booked for 2018.

Modern holiday apartment in a superb location

We have been on vacation at the Baltic Sea several times. But it has never been as great as here in Zingst. The apartment is located on a quiet street, right in the village center. There is a bakery and a café diagonally opposite. A great restaurant with local cuisine and a fine menu is right on the corner. A supermarket is in the next street and the beach promenade and the sandy beach are also just a 5-minute walk away on a traffic-calmed street passing various restaurants, cafes, fashion boutiques, and souvenir shops. We cannot say much about the kitchen of the apartment because we made use of the great dining out options. Now to the accommodation itself: There are two parking spaces, a small bicycle shed, and a small garden with a terrace and a private beach chair. The house is only a few years old and the apartment is very high quality: Two modern bathrooms each with glass shower cabins. A hairdryer and towels were also available. A spacious living/dining room with modern solid wood furniture as well as a small kitchen and a small storage room. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All in all, it was a beautiful stay, and we will surely not have been there for the last time.

Top apartment in a great location!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and superbly equipped. The location is central, so that everything can be easily reached on foot. A highchair and travel cot are available. We would book the apartment again at any time and definitely recommend it!

There is really nothing missing in this house. The apartment is tastefully and cozy furnished and in great condition. The small terrace with a beach chair makes the house perfect.
The house is located quietly and yet very centrally.
