Ski-in/ski-out. Our new chalet is located just 80 meters from the ski slope in an outstanding panoramic location at an altitude of 1,525 meters.
The house combines the coziness of a rustic mountain hut with the modern comfort of a new chalet. In addition to the cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a 24 sqm modern yet rustic wellness area with whirlpool, wellness shower, Finnish sauna, and relaxation loungers is available. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, available for currently 4 people.
In the outdoor area you will find a balcony and 2 terraces, from which you can enjoy the view of the Lavanttal Alps.
In addition to modern amenities such as LED Smart TV, Wi-Fi, internet radio, underfloor heating, sofa in the living area, 2-person whirlpool, sauna, and wellness shower, the house has been furnished in the traditional Alpine style. This applies to the days between the arrival and departure day.
The ski pass included promotion is generally based on the operating times of the ski area and is expected to be valid for the following periods.

The house is located on the edge of an alpine hut village, close to the ski slope. With sufficient snow, the house can be easily reached on skis. Klippitztörl can be described as an insider tip for guests who are looking for a beautiful ski area with excellent hut culture, promising good gastronomy, and well-prepared slopes with about 30 kilometers of pistes on the southern side of the Alps, without long queues at the lift and mass tourism. In summer, Klippitztörl offers beautiful hiking opportunities, a summer toboggan run, a via ferrata, an adventure farm for the little ones, and a good starting point for the surrounding lakes and tourist facilities between Graz and Klagenfurt. Dreamlike holiday home
We were allowed to spend 4 nights in this beautiful holiday home during the autumn break. It is very high quality furnished and spotlessly clean! You have a dreamlike view of the mountains from every room, especially from the private, wonderful wellness area. We were lucky and also had dream weather, which allowed us to enjoy our hikes, starting right from the accommodation, even more. However, we would have felt absolutely comfortable here even in continuous rain. Sauna, whirlpool, pellet stove, a superbly equipped kitchen, this absolute feel-good atmosphere in all rooms, and additionally landlords who were always reachable for inquiries and had already informed us perfectly in advance. We will come back!

A beautiful hiking holiday in the cozy mountain hut
A very beautiful and clean wooden cabin, with a great style (a mix of rustic and modern).
The cabin has a sauna, a hot tub, and a fireplace as well as an outdoor grill. The cabin is very well equipped with everything, every little detail has been thought of. We lacked nothing and felt very comfortable there and had a lovely vacation. We had a great view of the mountains and there are several ski slopes nearby. The landlord is very friendly and was always very accessible and helpful by phone.
recommend for: holiday with children, skiing holiday, romantic holiday

Super location, beautiful and clean house, well-equipped.
As desired, the house was truly quiet, somewhat away from the nearby holiday home village. The landlords are very friendly, quickly reachable, and absolutely interested in the well-being of the guests. Inside, everything is "as good as new," having just opened, and it still smells of fresh wood. The furnishings leave little to be desired. A reading (standing) lamp might be useful and "at least" 1-2 reading chairs. We used the lounge chairs for this, which are only "half" suitable. Those seeking peace, a magnificent view, and a well-equipped house for 2 people will find it very suitable here. For 4 adults, in our opinion, it is a bit too little space. If children are present, they should be able to manage stairs safely.

With the house, we have fulfilled our wish for a retreat in an unparalleled scenic location high in the mountains.
