This charming apartment, designed for 5 guests, is part of a newly built, well-maintained apartment complex consisting of 6 units. The complex is beautifully furnished with a tasteful and modern design, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located just outside the peaceful village of Presseggersee, the apartment is ideally situated for nature lovers, with direct access to the forest where you can enjoy hiking and exploring.

The Nassfeld ski area is a 12-minute drive or a short ride on the free ski bus. Warmbad Villach thermal baths are 30 minutes by car.
