Description

HöhenRausch vacation apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen – your retreat in the mountains

Welcome to the HöhenRausch vacation apartment, your stylish attic apartment in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this light-filled apartment with a southwest-facing balcony and an incomparable view of the region's majestic mountains. Here, comfort, aesthetics, and nature combine to create a special vacation experience – ideal for switching off, recharging your batteries, and enjoying the diversity of the Alpine region.

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and has two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom in particular has a real highlight in store for you: a lovingly handcrafted double bed made of Swiss stone pine. The subtle, natural scent of this wood promotes calm and comfort, has been proven to improve sleep quality, and ensures a balanced indoor climate. Studies show that Swiss pine wood lowers the heart rate, reduces stress, and promotes regeneration during sleep – perfect for anyone who really wants to unwind on vacation.

On request, the double bed can also be separated into two single beds – ideal for children or friends who prefer to sleep separately.
Please simply indicate this request when booking so that we can prepare everything for your stay.

The master bedroom invites you to relax and unwind with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. Spend cozy hours with family or friends in the open-plan living and dining area, while the separate, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for culinary delights.
Two modern bathrooms, a washing machine, and an underground parking space add to the comfort.
The stylish yet simple furnishings create a peaceful atmosphere – a temporary home that embodies the character of the mountains.

Thanks to its central location, the town center, train station, and numerous shopping opportunities are just a few minutes' walk away.
Whether hiking, cycling, or skiing, the most beautiful experiences in the region begin right on your doorstep.

Look forward to an unforgettable time in Garmisch-Partenkirchen—in the HöhenRausch vacation apartment, your retreat between heaven and mountain.

Very beautiful, tastefully furnished, and well-thought-out holiday apartment with a good location. We particularly liked, especially with two small children, the generous layout of the apartment with plenty of space and practical storage. The service from Stay Good was extremely friendly, committed, and uncomplicated. We were able to discuss the minor cleanliness issues directly with the team, which responded very professionally and solution-oriented. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again.
