Located in a modern residential complex, this tasteful 4-room apartment offers up to 5 mountain enthusiasts the ideal starting point for short or long discovery tours. Centrally located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you will enjoy comfort and tranquility while still being within walking distance of all major everyday amenities.

A large, open living room with spacious kitchen island inviting dining table forms the heart of the apartment. From the comfortable seating area, you can look through floor-to-ceiling windows at the impressive namesakes of the apartment: the large and small Waxenstein dominate the mountain panorama imposingly, and behind them the Zugspitze also appears beckoning. Those who can turn away from the mountain view will also be thrilled by the large flat-screen TV, which provides entertainment here.

There's plenty of room to relax in the fresh air on the sunny balcony. Put your feet up and enjoy the gorgeous view.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and has all the essential kitchen appliances, such as a refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available.

A modern bathroom is equipped with ground-level shower and invites you to relax under the rain shower. Here you will also find a practical washer-dryer.

Two bedrooms invite you to rest, each equipped with comfortable box spring double bed and cozy bedding, spacious closets and TV. One of the bedrooms also has access to the second, private bathroom, which features another ground-level shower with rain showerhead, as well as an inviting bathtub, where you can relax after a long day in the mountains.

Another room offers a quiet place to work with a comfortable sofa and desk. Alternatively, the couch can be pulled out to provide a cozy sleeping space for another person.

The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and all windows can be completely darkened.

The apartment also has its own underground parking space, where you can safely park your car.

Sehr schöne, neue und komfortabele Wohnung, die sehr zentral liegt.

Wax-N-Stein ist eine fantastische Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und großartigem Ausblick aus dem Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber. Alles ist hochwertig und wirkt sehr neu und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut (Oktober '25, keine Ferienzeit). Die Lage ist sehr zentral, fußläufig zu vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte!

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt: großzügig mit allem, was man im Urlaub brauchen kann, ausgestattet, geräumig, hell und einladend. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sooo schön. Das Team macht einen super Job und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

The location of the apartment is great. Many things are within a few minutes' walk, such as the train station or bus station, grocery store. The apartment is well-equipped and has comfortable beds, not extremely soft mattresses that you sink into. You can really have a wonderful vacation here.

Very nice apartment, uncomplicated stay. Dreamlike picture-book view from the balcony and living room of the mountains. Immediate proximity to the train station/Zugspitzbahn, yet a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Easily accommodates two adults and three children. Kitchen well-equipped, so cooking is always an option.

There is plenty of space and storage, as well as everything the heart desires for a relaxing vacation. We were particularly taken by the attention to detail: from the chilled non-alcoholic welcome drinks / Erdinger Weissbier to the fully equipped (washing) kitchen; even laundry detergent, baking paper, and more were available. We lacked nothing. The service was flawless, very friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back and can warmly recommend the accommodation.
