Villa Sentiero is a newly built, modern holiday home on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the green interior of Istria, not far from Pazin and only a 25-minute drive from Poreč and beautiful beaches. In its private, fully fenced garden of 1400 m2 with well-maintained lawn, guests of the villa have access to an outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with charcoal grill and shower/toilet, sun loungers, and garden furniture for outdoor dining. For the little ones, there is table tennis and table football, and there is a playground in the immediate vicinity of the house. Several covered parking spaces are available in the courtyard.

This beautiful holiday home with a pool spans a total of 200 m² over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, the house features a living room with a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and direct access to the pool, garden, and covered terrace with lounge furniture. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and separate toilet. On the upper floor of the house, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious covered terrace with a beautiful view of the green landscape.
