A private garage space as well as additional parking options provide ample space for your vehicles. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The living area is equipped with a comfortable seating arrangement and a fireplace, which provides a warm and cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. An air conditioner ensures comfortable temperatures in all three bedrooms on hot summer days. Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, as well as bed linen and towels. Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation.

Location and surroundings of object
The vacation home is located almost at ground level in the quiet little urbanization El Tosal—a small hill right by the sea. It is a long-stretched property with more than 1900 m² in total area. There is no through traffic in this settlement, as the gentle hill behind the cemetery of Calpe is only crossed by the small ring road on which only about 50 houses of the settlement are situated. Afterward, the Ringstraße leads back to the connecting road to the port Puerto Blanco and the large urbanizations La Canuta and Maryvilla. The holiday home is located on a dead-end road branching off from the Ringstraße at the end of the cul-de-sac. There is a trail to the coast below the urbanization, which leads to the new Puerto Blanco marina. (although not maintained) Depending on the direction, there are currently only two or three plots of land towards the coast. Due to its location, it is sunny throughout the day.
The old town of Calpe, with everything one needs for living and entertainment, is within walking distance.
Behind the rental property, there is another house on the grounds which is only used by the owners of the whole property. Because of the access to the new house, a new warm water shower with a privacy screen was built for the guests in the old house by the pool in 2024. It ensures an undisturbed vacation by the pool of the old house.

Behind the pool with barbecue area is the spacious garage that is available exclusively to the tenant. There are also loungers, sun umbrellas, and some utensils stored there that can be used for a beach visit.
In the living area, the tenant will find a yellow folder with all the information for the use of Wi-Fi, air conditioning units in the bedrooms, etc.

Family vacation
It is worth highlighting the very nice contact with the homeowner, who gave us many good tips for our stay even before the trip. The very good equipment of the kitchen and the presence of a washing machine is a great advantage when vacationing with children. The outdoor area with a large pool and a winter garden is also very clean and lovingly designed. Unfortunately, restaurants and shopping options are only accessible by car. It was really a beautiful and relaxing vacation, and we would love to come back!
