- 3 double bedrooms, each with TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden;
- a wellness area with a salt-purified whirlpool bath, sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, relaxation area, dressing room and a half bathroom;
- a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, which has a terrace with panoramic views and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.
Situated in a dominant position on a hill and surrounded by the lush Abruzzo countryside, this villa enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the gullies of the valley.

The pool area is completed by a cosy gazebo, furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful days outdoors.
The terrace on the ground floor of the villa offers additional outdoor space with breathtaking panoramic views, furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, perfect for comfortable outdoor dining. Here you can spend pleasant evenings together with your friends and family, surrounded by the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The garden is set on several levels and is crossed by a walkway, which provides easy access to the ground floor of the villa and the pool area.
In addition, the entire garden and pool area is equipped with a piped music system, ideal for enjoying your favourite music while outdoors.
The property is completely fenced and has a private parking area nearby.
The owner lives in the apartment on the first floor of the villa and takes care of the property management, always ensuring maximum privacy during your stay.

Villa Laura is situated in a panoramic position in the hills near Atri, in the province of Teramo, in the beautiful Abruzzo region.
The villa is an ideal base for exploring both the famous seaside resorts of the Adriatic coast and the natural beauty of the hinterland.
The beaches of Pineto, just ten minutes away by car, are one of the seven pearls of the Costa Giardino. Here you will find long stretches of fine golden sand, clear water and shallow depths, perfect for families. The beaches are well equipped and bordered by lush pine forests, with cycle paths, restaurants and clubs for summer dinners and pleasant evenings.
Nearby are other famous seaside resorts in the region, such as Tortoreto, Giulianova, Roseto degli Abruzzi and Silvi, renowned for their well-kept beaches, excellent services and lively summer atmosphere, perfect for those who want to combine relaxation and fun.
Travelling south along the coast it is possible to reach the picturesque Costa dei Trabocchi, an enchanting stretch of coastline in the province of Chieti that stretches from Francavilla al Mare to San Salvo, passing through charming towns such as Ortona, Fossacesia, San Vito Chietino and Vasto. Here among the green beaches protected by nature reserves you can admire the characteristic trabocchi: ancient fishing machines on stilts, now transformed into small floating restaurants where you can taste typical fish dishes in a unique atmosphere.
In addition to the beaches, the mountains of Abruzzo are easily accessible and offer breathtaking landscapes. The region's large parks, such as the Majella National Park, the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, the Sirente-Velino Regional Park and the Abruzzo National Park, are ideal places for excursions in contact with nature. Ancient villages, monasteries, abbeys and castles await you in an unspoilt environment where you can meet a rich and varied fauna, including chamois, deer, golden eagles, peregrine falcons, Apennine wolves and the Marsican brown bear, the symbol of this region.
The area provides a wide range of sporting and hiking activities. In spring and summer you can enjoy trekking, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing and rafting, windsurfing and horse riding, as well as underground walking and canyoning, exploring nature parks and caves in breathtaking scenery among forests, mountains and lakes.

Pescara is another popular destination, where you can admire the seafront promenade with the famous Ponte del Mare (Sea Bridge) and visit the d'Avalos Pine Forest, also known as the Pineta Dannunziana, a protected natural area, ideal for those who love outdoor activities or simply want to get in touch with nature.
The food and wine in this area is also an authentic experience, with typical dishes ranging from the mountain specialities of the inland to the seafood dishes of the coast. The seafood cuisine, rich in dishes based on fresh fish from the Adriatic Sea, matches perfectly with the famous local wines, such as the white Trebbiano and the noble Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, offering an unforgettable taste experience.
