Holiday home no. five offers 80 "feel-good" square metres on two levels for up to 4 people.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the spacious living room, a cosy reading corner, a bedroom with two beds and a modern bathroom with WC and washbasin. There is an HD television in the living room for your entertainment.
A special highlight is the bright and heated conservatory, which offers a beautiful view of the enclosed garden and cosy warmth.
Upstairs there is another comfortable bedroom with a generous double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a sideboard. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a round shower, a WC and a washbasin.
The house has WLAN.
The lovingly furnished and well-maintained house is looked after on site.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on the edge of the climatic health resort of Hage in the middle of the Hage-Berum holiday park. In the immediate vicinity is the gravel lake, which invites you to swim, fish or go for a walk. Just a five-minute walk away is the spa centre with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, medical bathing area, guest information, restaurant, dentist, mini golf, playground, boules court, outdoor training course and tennis court. Other leisure activities in the area include cutter trips, mudflat hiking, boßeln, horse riding, hiking, cycling, jogging, walking or paddling on the Norder Tief. The many museums in Norden and the surrounding area include the tea museum with its tea ceremony and the automobile museum. The Lütetsburg Castle Park is also recommended, as is the golf course, which is also available to guests and invites you to play sport on the very well-maintained course. Of course, there are also many, many other excursion possibilities, sights and specialities to discover in East Frisia.

From 15 March to 31 October, the climatic health resort of Hage charges a visitor's tax of €2.00 per adult per night. Children and young people up to the age of 17 do not pay a visitor's tax. Very clean little house in the holiday park Berumbur
The little house was very clean!! The landlords were very nice and friendly!!
Everything you could need is available, the garden is well-fenced and almost completely shielded from view, making it very suitable for dog owners. Even poop bags were provided!!
All in all, a successful vacation!! We would love to come back!!

Perfect vacation
We (a couple) spent our 3-week vacation this year in this beautiful holiday home No. 5 and felt at home and very well taken care of.
The house is very clean, very nicely furnished, and the great winter garden is a highlight!
Beautiful area, also for cycling, as there are very good bike paths! The swimming lake, which can be reached on foot, is simply beautiful.
There is also a dog bathing beach so that the four-legged friends can cool off as well. The landlords are exceptionally nice, never intrusive, and welcomed us warmly.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this house and will definitely come back. It was a very relaxing and great vacation!

A perfect short vacation
I felt very well advised and cared for since the first contact. No matter what it was about, help was provided immediately. Whether it was the quick booking confirmation in the middle of the night, even though the landlords were on vacation themselves, or the on-site support. We found a very, very clean house that was furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Upon our arrival, we were personally welcomed, and there was a friendly conversation, so as outsiders, we already received some insider tips. When there were problems with the new television, the owner came by personally and addressed the issue. Also, when I mentioned that my trip was meant to be a birthday surprise for my husband, flowers, a birthday card, and two small bottles of sparkling wine were waiting on the table to greet us. All of this is no longer taken for granted in today's time. Here, one notices the warmth and arrangement of the owners. That was our first stay in di

Successful vacation
I have landed in Hage again after a very long time and I do not regret it. It is still the same as before and that is great. I am very satisfied. Good that I was able to book another week at short notice. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and designed. The landlords are always reachable and friendly. I would gladly come back.

Dear guests, welcome to our two holiday homes at Reiherhorst 3 (Haus Wattvogel) and 5 in the Hage-Berum holiday park. We are the married couple Jeanne Glöde and Klaus Appelt and have our roots in Lünen in North Rhine-Westphalia. After a fulfilling working life, we have now found our adopted home in East Frisia. What do we like here? The fresh air, the bright blue sky when the sun is shining, the proximity to the beach and sea, the friendly atmosphere in the holiday park and the many excursion possibilities. Peace and relaxation but also attractions are very close together here. Our little dog Idgie is part of our family and loves to welcome friendly dogs into our holiday homes. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte, der Garten ist gut eingezäunt und fast völlig sichtgeschützt und somit für Hundebesitzer sehr gut geeignet. Sogar Kotbeutel waren vorhanden!!
Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
Das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, und der tolle Wintergarten ist ein Highlight!
Schöne Gegend, auch zum Radfahren, da es sehr gute Radwege gibt! Der Badesee, den man fussläufig erreicht, ist einfach nur schön.
Einen Hundebadestrand gibt es auch, sodass die Vierbeiner sich auch mal abkühlen können.
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, niemals aufdringlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen.
Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war ein sehr erholsamer und toller Urlaub!

Die sauberste Unterkunft, die ich je gesehen habe, da versteht jemand sein Handwerk!
Und geschlafen haben wir, wie die Babys, da die Betten schön bequem und kuschelig sind und es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist wirklich sauber und ordentlich einfach zum wohlfühlen.
Das Highlight des Hauses ist der wunderschöne Wintergarten der zum zusammen sitzen und relaxen sehr einlädt.

Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war der Ausflug mit der Fähre nach Norderney. Dort haben wir eine Fahrradtour unternommen und die Gegend erkundet. Aufgrund des teilweise starken Windes am Meer, den wir völlig unterschätzt hatten, empfehlen wir allerdings ein E-Bike für solche Touren.
Das Ferienhaus an sich ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und vor allem der Wintergarten hat uns am besten gefallen, da er gerade am Abend bei Kerzenschein mit dem Blick zum Garten und gutem Essen zum Verweilen einlädt. Aber auch die anderen Räume, wie das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer, sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer hat uns vor allem die lange Fensterreihe begeistert, die den Raum hell und edel wirken lässt. Durch die Vorhänge ist der Raum jedoch vor allem für die Nacht ausreichend abgedunkelt. Der große Kleiderschrank bietet zudem genügend Stauraum. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und wir konnten ausgiebig kochen.
Bei Fragen waren die Besitzer stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit, hielten sich ansonsten aber dezent im Hintergrund. Auch die Schlüsselabgabe verlief reibungslos. Da wir etwas früher abreisen mussten, genügte ein kurzer Anruf, und die Besitzer waren sofort zur Stelle, um sich herzlich von uns zu verabschieden.
Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem für Reisende mit Hund. Es gibt kaum etwas Schöneres, als den Hund beim Spielen im Garten zu beobachten, während man entspannt und glücklich im Wintergarten sitzt.
