Holiday home no. five offers 80 "feel-good" square metres on two levels for up to 4 people.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the spacious living room, a cosy reading corner, a bedroom with two beds and a modern bathroom with WC and washbasin. There is an HD television in the living room for your entertainment.
A special highlight is the bright and heated conservatory, which offers a beautiful view of the enclosed garden and cosy warmth.
Upstairs there is another comfortable bedroom with a generous double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a sideboard. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a round shower, a WC and a washbasin.
The house has WLAN.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on the edge of the climatic health resort of Hage in the middle of the Hage-Berum holiday park. In the immediate vicinity is the gravel lake, which invites you to swim, fish or go for a walk. Just a five-minute walk away is the spa centre with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, medical bathing area, guest information, restaurant, dentist, mini golf, playground, boules court, outdoor training course and tennis court. Other leisure activities in the area include cutter trips, mudflat hiking, boßeln, horse riding, hiking, cycling, jogging, walking or paddling on the Norder Tief. The many museums in Norden and the surrounding area include the tea museum with its tea ceremony and the automobile museum. The Lütetsburg Castle Park is also recommended, as is the golf course, which is also available to guests and invites you to play sport on the very well-maintained course. Of course, there are also many, many other excursion possibilities, sights and specialities to discover in East Frisia.

From 15 March to 31 October, the climatic health resort of Hage charges a visitor's tax of €2.00 per adult per night. Children and young people up to the age of 17 do not pay a visitor's tax. Wunderbar!
Ich (50) war mit meiner Mutter (70) in diesem schönen Haus ein paar Tage im Kurzurlaub. Wir mussten uns richtig aufraffen, um die Gegend zu erkunden, denn wir konnten uns kaum von den wunderbaren Wintergarten losreißen.
Der See in unmittelbarer Laufentfernung ist wunderschön.

Die sauberste Unterkunft, die ich je gesehen habe, da versteht jemand sein Handwerk!
Und geschlafen haben wir, wie die Babys, da die Betten schön bequem und kuschelig sind und es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Clean accommodation with a great winter garden in a quiet location
We sought and found 7 days of relaxation. The beautifully furnished holiday home is located in a very quiet complex. In the nearby town of Hage, you can find everything you need. The house has everything required, so you don’t need to purchase anything else aside from groceries. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful conservatory where we enjoyed a few rays of sunshine in the late afternoon, despite the autumn temperatures. The contact with the owners was very friendly and obliging.

I can only recommend this accommodation!
A very friendly and warm welcome, great and detailed explanations for the area and activities.
My dogs were also warmly welcomed despite my huge female dog.
The house is really clean and tidy, simply a place to feel good.
The highlight of the house is the beautiful conservatory that invites you to sit together and relax.

Cozy holiday home on the North Sea

Summer vacation July 2024
During our vacation with 2 adults, a son, and a dog, we felt very comfortable. We had caring, friendly hosts who welcomed us with small gestures and gave us useful tips for our vacation. The holiday home is excellently equipped. The highlight for us was the cozy conservatory, where one could sit even in rainy weather and enjoy a beautiful view of the garden, which is fenced for dogs. In the immediate area, there are numerous shopping opportunities and recreational activities to make the holiday varied and relaxing. We can only recommend the holiday home and would happily vacation there again anytime.

Charming holiday home with conservatory in an idyllic location
Our stay in this holiday home was truly wonderful. The hosts are extremely friendly and provide valuable tips on the best excursions immediately upon arrival. The nearby lake, just a few meters away, offered a beautiful place for relaxing walks or a morning jogging round. It was also a welcome change for our dog, as he had the opportunity to play and swim with other dogs there thanks to the dog bathing area.
A highlight of our stay was the trip by ferry to Norderney. There we went on a bike tour and explored the area. However, due to the sometimes strong winds by the sea, which we had completely underestimated, we recommend an e-bike for such tours.
The holiday home itself is very cozy and we particularly liked the winter garden, as it invites to linger in the evening by candlelight with a view of the garden and good food. But the other rooms, such as the bathroom and the bedroom, are also beautifully furnished. We especially loved the long row of windows in the bedroom, which makes the room bright and elegant. However, the room can be sufficiently darkened, especially at night, by the curtains. The large wardrobe also provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed and we could cook extensively.
The owners were always available and helpful with any questions, but otherwise discreetly in the background. The key handover went smoothly as well. Since we had to leave a bit earlier, a quick phone call was enough, and the owners were immediately there to bid us a warm farewell.
We can highly recommend the house, especially for travelers with dogs. There is hardly anything better than watching the dog play in the garden while sitting happily and relaxed in the winter garden.

Very beautiful holiday home.
We spent an extended weekend in the beautiful holiday home and felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, and we were warmly welcomed by the landlords. The location is pleasantly quiet and within walking distance to the lake. We lacked for nothing; the house is very well equipped and newly renovated.

Gladly again
Our stay at the holiday home was fantastic! We were three people and a dog and found the house simply great. Especially the heated conservatory was a highlight that we could use extensively. The house was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The landlords had really thought of everything, which we really appreciate. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The friendliness and kindness of the landlords made our stay even more pleasant. It was great that even dog bags and a bowl were provided. We can highly recommend this holiday home and will definitely come back!

We are the married couple Jeanne Glöde and Klaus Appelt and have our roots in Lünen in North Rhine-Westphalia. After a fulfilling working life, we have now found our adopted home in East Frisia. What do we like here? The fresh air, the bright blue sky when the sun is shining, the proximity to the beach and sea, the friendly atmosphere in the holiday park and the many excursion possibilities. Peace and relaxation but also attractions are very close together here. Our little dog Idgie is part of our family and loves to welcome friendly dogs into our holiday homes.
