Villa Gabi is a new house with 3 apartments, two downstairs and one upstairs.
Apartment A1 (ground floor) has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, large living room (Schlafmoglichkeit for 2 persons in separate beds) kitchen, dining room, large garden terrace under our maple in shadow, bathroom (shower, WC + second small toilet), washingmachine and Hairdryer: air conditioning, TV. Apartment cca 65 m2.
Internet - WiFi possible.

Apartment A2 is located on the first floor, it has one bedroom and 3 sleeping places in the living room. Complete eingerichtette kitchen, big balcony, bathroom (shower, toilet), washingmachine and Hairdryer, air conditioning and TV. Apartment cca 75 m2.
Internet - WiFi possible.

Apartment A3 - ground floor, next to pool. There are two bedrooms, a large living room, a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, small second toilet, and nice terrace. The total capacity for 6 people (4 + 2).
Internet - WiFi possible.
New pool has about 30 m2.
In addition to the new pool, a new Aussegrill for your disposal.

The sea is about 800 meters away and there are numerous bays with crystal clear water ... The way to the sea is paved.
Parking (private) next to the house is in the shade.
We speak English.
The owner live in the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Villa Gabi is on its way to the Bay Kalavojna, where there are no nearby houses. Village Rakalj located on the eastern coast of Istria, a few kilometers from the sea and about 30 km from Pula. Rakalj was known in the past for the traditional Istrian pottery.
For trippers and visitors from the surrounding villages, the place is attractive because of its cultural and historical heritage due to its ethnographic collection of old Istrian objects.
Because the surrounding countryside is striking because of their natural beauty, Rakalj is just the thing for those who like to spend their holiday in the countryside.
Villa Gabi is located far away from you get the rest ... The way to the sea is paved and it is possible to the beach by car.

In place Rakalj / center / is a business where you can pay with your credit card.

For cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in, the booking amount will be refunded minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
