Description

The pool is open from May to September and enjoys a delightful view of the surrounding hills and the evening sunset. It has a freeform shape of 9.5 x 4.5 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. The entrance to the pool with wide steps and a relaxation seat is pleasant. The water is chlorinated to ensure maximum hygiene, and the interior lining of the pool is sand-colored. The pool is equipped with night lighting and along its perimeter there is a sunbathing area with stone paving and lawn, all furnished with sun loungers, umbrella, and solar shower. Facilities Available:
Satellite TV, CD and DVD player, fans, Internet connection (wi-fi), washing machine, drying rack, ironing board with iron, gas oven, fridge-freezer, American coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, PlayStation 2, mosquito nets (present in all rooms but not on all windows), sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrella, outdoor tables and chairs, small sofas, built-in barbecue. Cradle with sheets and high chair available upon request.

Villa Petra is easily accessible from the highway (Acqualagna exit) towards Monte Paganuccio. It is only 7 km from the town center of Acqualagna. It is 16 km from Cagli. The road to Villa Petra is paved except for the last 500 m which is gravel. Specific information for GPS or google maps will be provided before your arrival.

Our Villa has been available to guests since 2016 through agency rental. From the summer of 2025, we decided to manage Villa Petra independently as a Family. For those who wish, we can send the many reviews received for viewing.

Great private and secluded villa with pool

We loved our stay at Villa Petra. The place looks even better in person- amazing views of the mountains/hills beyond the pool with great sunsets were amazing! The property is of great size and secluded on a small country/mountain road away! A hidden gem. But still close enough to nearby towns and ocean which you can travel to within 35-40 min. We especially enjoyed the pool! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. A big plus was the AC.
One tiny note- the walls are not sealed completely to ceiling so you hear people in the next room- for us not a bother- but maybe nice to know. And if thinking of working remote- the WiFi is not strong enough.
