The exterior area of this villa is surrounded by pure nature, becoming the perfect place dor dome relaxing days. It includes a fantastic private chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and has a water depth that goes from 0.7 to 2.1 metres. You will find 4 sunloungers around to bask in the sun. Some steps down you find a great porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. You will also have a tennis table to spend an entertained evening. The property is fenced and you will have total privacy.
The two storey house welcomes you in a beautiful living room which is equipped with a TV-sat and a CD player and it's open to the dining kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the gas cooktop and then organise a good banquet. The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this main floor. On the first floor, you will find another bathroom with a bath and the three bedrooms, the three of them with a fan and closet. One features a double bed, another has twin beds and the last one presents a single bed. A baby cot and a high-chair also are available.
This villa is located only 2.2 km away from Campanet, a beautiful toen at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The village centre offers all you need for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, grocery shop and more. In addition, this is a good starting point for excursions or to go to the beach.
