The holiday home is part of the Villa Riviera Urbanisation, a private residence, directly by the beach in Denia. It has 2 bedrooms, a cozy reading corner with a sleeping option for children, a small balcony, and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is another shower room, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and access to the terrace and the private garden. The furnishings and decor are in Ibiza style; the house is bright and airy. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area ensures comfortable temperatures. The kitchen is well-equipped. Outside, there is a terrace with a dining area and a grill. An awning provides shade. The house is ideal for those who appreciate the beach, pool, and a quiet, relaxed environment on vacation. The house is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker are available, as well as a comprehensive selection of dishes and cutlery. In the living area, a television provides entertainment, and you can stay connected via WLAN.

The Villa Riviera urbanization is a well-maintained private residence consisting of some nice, individual white houses and spacious communal areas. These include the two great pools surrounded by grass and palm trees, the tennis court that everyone can use, and parking spaces. A reserved parking space comes with the house.
There are several restaurants and shops nearby, all within walking distance. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away! Denia, a typical Spanish port city with historical charm and beautiful beaches, is quickly reached.
